House was clean, spacious and best part was the location. Highly recommend if coming to downtown Knoxville

If you are looking for a cool place in downtown Knoxville, this is a good option. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, etc. Really a cool condo with an excellent renovation. Two small items. First, the parking space is small and if you have a big car (like we do) be sure to coordinate it beforehand to avoid issues. Secondly, there are miles of closets in this apartment, but only a few old wire hangers. Time to add some.

Lovely home that was very convenient and comfortable.

The location and ambience of this are excellent and i would consider staying here again, however i had several issues with the place.
1) the booking site that i had to log into (evolve) was a pain and the rep was very unhelpful
2) the parking spot was too small for my truck
3) someone parked in my spot and when i contacted the owner nothing was done about this so i ended up street parking
4) The place was mostly clean and mostly stocked with dishes. But not to the level id expect at an effective rate of $625 per night

Great location downtown, clean and well stocked house.

Owner was supremely responsive and helpful. Space was beautiful with tall ceilings, exposed brick and a great kitchen. Location was super convenient.

This property is located by so many areas that are fun and in walking distance . It is beautiful and spacious and looks true to the photos you will see posted in regards to this property. Jeff was wonderful to work with and very helpful in answering any questions I had. There is one parking spot with this property , however , other parking options for extra vehicles are located close by. It is also close to the airport which helped in picking up family . We had a wonderful time in Knoxville and enjoyed making new family memories for Christmas.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. We were in town for an event for my son at UT and the unit accommodated all 5 of us just right. We will book again if ever back in the area!

We were all very comfortable staying here. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Breakfast at Oli Beas was awesome. We were in town for Mountain bike race at Bakers Creek. 8 minutes drive made it great

This property needs a thorough cleaning. Also, there is a disconnect between property owner and property management company. It seemed the owner did not know we were arriving. The condo was ridiculously dirty. Beds unmade/slept in-dirty laundry everywhere-old food in the refrigerator and a used dog bowl on the kitchen floor. It was shockingly bad. The place was covered in dirt and dust. Bathrooms were so dirty we would not even use the showers. There were old toiletries left in the showers. Because we arrived late, i had to immediately start stripping beds and cleaning just so we could have a place to sleep. Even after that, the upstairs guest bedroom mattresses were so disgusting (which i discovered when having to wash the sheets) that we would not let our kids sleep on them. Our children had to sleep on the couches. This property needs a major overhaul and cleaning before it should be allowed to be rented. It has a ton of potential and the location was convenient to downtown/UTK/ Market street. Currently, however, it is not anywhere close to the pictures online. And seriously, the mattresses are so gross-pretty sure it’s a health violation!

Trip to visit UTK
We loved our stay at this property and only wish we could have stayed longer. The accommodations were great and the beds were very comfortable. The coffee shop downstairs was very quaint. Unfortunately the 1/2 bath toilet was broken. It also took one of the upstairs bedrooms a long time to cool down as there was no air cent in the room.

Perfect downtown getaway!
The location of this condo is ideal!!!! You are within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, farmers markets and the UT campus. We brought our dog with us and loved having the dog park across the street where she could run off leash. The condo is next door to Olibea a delicious breakfast and coffee shop. We found the layout of the home perfect for our family of four.

We stayed here for my son’s wedding. The location was great. Right in the heart of Gay St. The space was beautifully appointed. The rooftop was great for morning coffee and evening drinks.
We did have an issue with the air conditioning. Sadly, it wasn’t working and it was a very warm weekend. We were told it would not be fixed during our stay. They did drop off fans and gave us a discount. Also, there was a weird odor in the place. You have to pay for parking in the nearby parking garages. Overall, this is a really nice place to stay if you are staying in downtown Knoxville
