The apartment is on the third floor. I had seen reviews that the lift was out of order ..and it was ! Luckily we didn't have very heavy suitcases as only staying two days but it was still a trek up and down the stairs. Anyone with mobility problems should take this into consideration.
The flat itself is in an excellent location very near the centre and does boast views over arhurs seat .
It is big enough for four people with it's two bathrooms being a plus point . Minor gripe no shower gel or shampoo which I would have expected and although there is a Tesco express nearby it would have been good to have some milk ( tea and coffee provided)
Else everything was good . Comfy beds , apartment very clean and contemporary.
Good communication about how to find the key safe and further communication once arrived to check all Ok. Would happily stay again when back in this beautiful city

The apartment is nice and location good BUT the elevator DID NOT work
Two seniors and a pregnant woman! Carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs was extremely challenging. I would NOT have booked this apartment if I had known. We were told about this the day of our arrival!! We asked residents in the building and they told us that the elevator had not been working for weeks!! We should have been advised of this. We should get some compensation for this lack information. This is NOT the apartment I booked.

Small but functional apartment close to all ur tourist attractions. Suited our needs.

The location was great! It was within two blocks of the Royal Mile. It was in walking distance to Holyrood Castle and Edinburgh Castle.
Check in and check out was inconvenient due to having to park two blocks away in an underground parking facility to be able to pick up and return garage keys and parking fobs and permits for access.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely return.

Amazing Location, short walk up the way and you will find the Royal Mile, 20 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle one way and find Holyrood House the other direction. Convenience Store could not be closer. Everything that you need is provided.
While there is a lift, it was not operational during our stay. Be prepared just in case. Edinburgh University is across the road, and garage is very short distance from the main road. GPS will take you further than you need to go.
We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the location.

We were very happy with our accommodations. Close to the Royal mile, easy check in and out. Secured parking was a bonus.

Excellent Location, Poor Wifi
Location was well situated as indicated in the listing and all attractions we wished to see in Edinburgh were within walking distance or we could walk to the bus or railway stations. Additionlly we benefited from the designated parking space as we made several day trips out of the city. The Property Manager responded during my stay to the feedback about the cleanliness and areas which needed replacement or repair and I hope they will be addressed. The only other drawback was the extremely slow wifi.
I would most definitely consider staying again if the cleanliness and wifi were rectified.
