Beautiful holiday home, in one of the best areas of Malaga, Rincón de la Victoria.
The house is very close to the beach as you can walk there and has a nice, large private pool.
The Space:
The house is on the ground floor, as there are two houses in the same building, but only one of them is rented for more freedom and privacy of the guests. Our guests will never share space with anyone else.
The house is accessed from the street through a metal gate and once inside the enclosure on the right, there are some stairs that once you go down them lead to the terrace and the door of the house.
Totally new and refurbished, it has 3 double bedrooms (two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds) all rooms with big wardrobes, sunny, exterior and with views to the garden), two complete, new and equipped bathrooms. The open plan, new and fully equipped kitchen is next to the living-dining room, which is large and equipped. There is a round glass dining table in the living room for 8 people. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed. It has a TV, perfect to gather everyone after dinner to watch a movie or to keep the children entertained by watching a movie after dinner.
The living room has an exit to a large and very square terrace which is the anteroom to the garden. This terrace has a large table with chairs for breakfast, dinner, or lunch, this terrace will delight the guests at any time and any place.
In addition to all this, the house has a wonderful private swimming pool, for the exclusive use of our guests. This pool will not be shared with anyone else and is only for them. The pool has a shallower part, about one meter deep, and this depth increases to two meters in the other part of the pool. The entrance is with a roman staircase which makes it easy to get in and out. There is also an area for sunbathing and lounging in the hammocks.
This house is the perfect place for a summer holiday, but also for a few days of relaxation at any other time of the year.
In the area, there are several places to shop for food and all the necessities you may need during your stay.
APARTMENT RULES
We do not accept groups of young people with individuals under 25 years of age.
The minimum age for the group must be 25 years for all guests staying.
We do not accept guests coming to celebrate bachelor or bachelorette parties.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited, as well as making noise at night.
Failure to respect our rules will result in eviction from the apartment and loss of the security deposit.
We are committed to quality tourism.

The Neighborhood:
The municipality of Rincón de la Victoria, with its four centers, continues to grow in its leisure, tourism, sports and culture offer. Throughout the year, you can make plans, organize a good vacation or simply enjoy yourself as a neighbor. You will always find an alternative. The weather is ideal during all calendar months.
This municipality of Malaga with 27.51 km2 and considered the Gateway to the Axarquía, offers almost nine kilometers of beaches, an ideal coastal route for practicing sports or for walks with family and friends. It has corners of enormous beauty, such as the cliffs in the El Cantal area, and a wide range of restaurants. Whether day or night, it's hard not to find what to do.
Whether you are a neighbor, visitor or tourist, you have all kinds of proposals within your reach. The Cueva del Tesoro tells us about the origins of this municipality, the traditions and folklore are palpable in the Museum of Popular Arts or in festivals of tremendous significance such as the Verdiales Traditional Competition. Musical proposals occupy halls and bars throughout the year, the performing arts offer a range of proposals throughout the calendar. Gastronomy, flamenco, golf, sports events, horseback riding, cycling or walking, complete a tourist and leisure offer for each and every one of those who come here.
Getting Around:
The best and most comfortable way to get there is by car, either because you make the entire trip by car or because you will arrive at the airport and then a private transportation or taxi will bring you to our house.
Once installed in the house, a car is not necessary. You can walk to the beach, all the shopping you need can be done on foot. There are restaurants in the area and it is not necessary to drive.
Very close to the house there is a bus stop that takes you to Malaga capital.

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found upon arrival are a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.
WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.
FIANZA: Se solicita una fianza cuyos importes se indican en el anuncio. Ésta deberá ser entregada, antes de la llegada. Para facilitar la gestión de las fianzas, el Propietario utiliza el servicio Swikly, una solución segura, que permite depositar fianzas en línea simplemente mediante un número de tarjeta bancaria, sin impactar el estado de cuenta del huésped. Swikly evita el envío de transferencias, efectivo o el bloqueo de una tarjeta bancaria. Para depositar las fianzas, basta con hacer clic en el enlace Swikly enviado por el Propietario y seguir los pasos solicitados, a más tardar un mes antes del inicio de la estancia. No se trata de un pago: al Huésped no se le cargará el importe solicitado, sino que autoriza dicho cargo en caso de daño. Los gastos bancarios al depositar la fianza son a cargo del huésped y los cobrará Swikly directamente en el momento de aceptar la autorización (1% del importe de la fianza)
COBRO DE LA FIANZA POR DAÑOS: en cuanto la propiedad en un estado correcto de limpieza y no se haya observado ningún desperfecto o artículo faltante durante el inventario de las instalaciones al final de la estancia, los datos bancarios se retirarán como máximo 10 días después del final de la estancia.
En caso contrario, la fianza por daños cobrará por Swikly, cuando el propietario haya deducido el importe de los daños más el 5.6% correspondiente a los costes de cobro.
