Welcome to Apters Hill House, an inviting 3 bed semi-detached home in the heart of Brixham. Set along Middle Street, Brixham's 'Indie Street' brimming with creative independent shops and cafes and just 2 minutes walk from the towns bustling harbour, this 3 bedroom home with parking provides the perfect balance of convenience, space and comfort. Includes it's own parking space directly outside the front of the house and EV Car Charger which was fitted in March 2022.

Centrally located in the heart of Brixham, Apters Hill House makes the perfect base for those wanting to experience all the soul of Brixham. Set along Middle Street, Brixham's 'Indie Street' brimming with creative independent shops and cafes and just 2 minutes walk from the towns bustling harbour, this 3 bedroom home with parking provides the perfect balance of convenience, space and comfort.

Step outside and you will find yourself in the hustle and bustle of the town centre, and just a short walk down the road will lead you to the waters edge at the harbour. Look out for the stunning replica of Sir Francis Drake’s famous galleon The Golden Hind, which welcomes visitors aboard all year round.

Inside the house is everything you need for the perfect family get together or retreat with friends. The large, light and airy dining room is directly off the side of the kitchen, making preparing for meal times fun and enjoyable. If you don’t feel like cooking after a busy day exploring then heading out to the local restaurants couldn’t be easier, with a selection of restaurants on your door step along the vibrant Middle Street as well as the town centre and harbour area all within a minutes walk.

Apters Hill House also benefits from a fabulous courtyard to the rear of the property which is perfect for relaxing in with the family after a long day exploring the best of Brixham, all of which is on your door step. The Manor Pub, Brixham’s No.1 rated pub according to Tripadvisor, is also within 25 yards of the house.

One of Apters best features is the car parking space directly out the front of the property, a real rarity for other rental properties in this part of the harbour bowl. This helps to make for a perfect start to all family/friends retreat.

Guest Access
- Apters Hill House has it's own dedicated parking space on site that is suitable for a small to medium sized car. It is not big enough for an estate type car due to the length of the space.
- Long stay parking is available a short drive away at Freshwater Car Park where a 4 or 8 day parking permit can be purchased. The parking permits then cover you for 38 Torbay Council Car Parks in the area so if you are exploring you don't need to pay for parking each time you park up.
- There is also free on street parking available on some of the nearby residential roads, available on a first come first served basis.

- Garo 7kw EV charger on site for charging electric vehicles (no additional charge to use the charger)
- Dogs welcome, £35 pet fee applies
- No smoking or vaping permitted
- This property includes a small welcome/starter pack to help you on your first day of arrival. This consists of 2 toilet rolls, washing up liquid, 2 dishwasher tablets, a washing up cloth, sponge & tea towel and tea, coffee & milk sachets. Cupboard staples and any other extras are not as standard therefore we recommend ensuring you have your own supplies of anything else required.
