Bwthyn Awel is a semi-detached cottage situated on the edge of the seaside village of Church Bay near Cemaes Bay on the Isle of Anglesey. With three twin rooms and two en-suite double bedrooms, as well as a family bathroom, the cottage sleeps up to 10 people. Also included in the accommodation is a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with a balcony. Outside the cottage is off-road parking for four cars and an enclosed rear garden with outdoor furniture. Bwthyn Awel is a luxurious cottage in a stunning location.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. 3 x Smart TVs with FreeSat, sitting room’s TV has Netflix, DVD and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and 2 x stairgates available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking, barbecue and furniture. Enclosed first-floor balcony with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 0.2 miles, beach 0.4 miles. Note: There is no door between the bedrooms and en-suite bathroom. Note: Strong winds can affect TV signal and reception. Note: Due to rural location, WiFi can fluctuate in speed. Note: This property is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Electric cars cannot be charged at this property. Please note there is a £200 refundable bond payable to the owner prior to arrival.
