It is actually a very relaxing walk and it will get you to the pinewood Punta Nera, great for outdoor activities, sport and picnics with family or friends.
This property is located in the residential complex Vecchio Marino 5, two room unit on first floor, consists of a large living room with kitchenette ( gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer combo ), dining area, sofa double bed, and covered terrace fully equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with large wardrobe, terrace and spacious bathroom with window, fitted with shower and washing machine. Because of the central position in the complex, this accommodation is only 300mt. away from the beach Isolotto and 600mt. from the beach Punta Nera. Very close to the town and the pine forest. Parking space reserved in private area.
To know:
- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for any rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €50,00 extra per animal in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €1,50 for each meter click, extra for use of air conditioning in cash;
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
