The property is also close to the beautiful shingle beach, perfect for sunrise swims, and walks along the marshes and beside the River Alde, fantastic for sundowners. Aldeburgh Yacht Club is just a short stroll away and offers a year-round calendar of events. There’s also a golf club which allows book and play for non-members with the exceptionally stunning River Course. There really is something for the whole family to enjoy!

There are three large bedrooms to the first floor; a master double with en-suite shower room, a second double room, and a triple room (with the option to be configured as a super-king and a single instead), plus the family bathroom. The enclosed patio garden has a barbecue and outdoor dining area. The garden can also be accessed via a rear spiral staircase (which might not be suitable for less mobile, and children must be supervised at all times).

Parking is available in front of the property along the High Street however restrictions do apply. Further non-restricted parking can be found less than 5 minutes walk from the property.
