A beautiful three-bedroom house directly on Aldeburgh High Street next to one of the best bakeries in Suffolk, so you can fetch fresh bread and croissants each morning! Close to the beach and an eclectic array of shops, delis, cafes and restaurants, Suffolk House is best for those looking to explore all Aldeburgh has to offer. Fantastic for families or friends, and a fully enclosed garden means four-legged friends can enjoy a beach getaway too!

You can’t get a better location than right on Aldeburgh High Street with it’s wealth of art galleries, clothes and interiors shops, deli, butchers, bakers and of course the many first- class restaurants and cafes. There’s also an independent cinema, the Jubilee Theatre, Fishers Gin distillery, and so much more! This house is perfectly located to enjoy it all without even getting in the car. The property is also close to the beautiful shingle beach, perfect for sunrise swims, and walks along the marshes and beside the River Alde, fantastic for sundowners. Aldeburgh Yacht Club is just a short stroll away and offers a year-round calendar of events. There’s also a golf club which allows book and play for non-members with the exceptionally stunning River Course. There really is something for the whole family to enjoy!

Suffolk House provides a large, light and bright space to enjoy with a comfortable sitting room, dining room and large, fully-equipped kitchen with an additional small breakfast area. French doors from the dining room lead directly into the pretty, fully enclosed garden. There are three large bedrooms to the first floor; a master double with en-suite shower room, a second double room, and a triple room (with the option to be configured as a super-king and a single instead), plus the family bathroom. The enclosed patio garden has a barbecue and outdoor dining area. The garden can also be accessed via a rear spiral staircase (which might not be suitable for less mobile, and children must be supervised at all times).

With a three 3' single with two which can be configured as a 6' super-king size bed on request.

Outside:
Enclosed patio garden with outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue. The garden can also be accessed from the rear via a spiral staircase which might not be suitable for guests who are less mobile and children must be supervised at all times.
Parking is available in front of the property along the High Street however restrictions do apply. Further non-restricted parking can be found less than 5 minutes walk from the property.
