About this apartment rental

Bournecoast are delighted to offer this centrally located property which is in an ideal position for a family not wishing to travel by car every day. The property features three bedrooms with contemporary furnishings. The town centre location gives easy access to the beautiful award winning sandy beaches of the area as well as the extensive shopping facilities and wide range of entertainment and family activities.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
The Master Bedroom has the benefit of a King Size Bed. The second bedroom is a Double Bedroom and the third bedroom is a Twin Bedroom with Bunk Beds.

There is a stylishly furnished, modern, open plan living and dining area which includes a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

The modern kitchen area is contained in the same room as the lounge/diner and includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - WINE COOLER.

The apartment has a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet.

The owner will provide a parking permit (for holiday lets between June and September only) for one car for your stay which can be used in a selection of local car parks (the closest one is approximately two minutes walk away from the apartment - your vehicle registration must be provided in advance of your stay - please note these spaces are not reserved).

THE LOCAL AREA:
Just a short walk away from the property is where you can head down the West Cliff zig zag and you're on West Cliff Beach. West Cliff Beach is a vibrant beach close to Bournemouth Town Centre and the golden sand here is simply lovely and children and adults alike will enjoy spending hot summer days here. West Cliff beach has many facilities and is regularly patrolled by RNLI lifeguards. This property is perfect for those who wish to be close to everything and walking distance to Bournemouth centre. This popular town offers everything you could hope for, whether it's watching the sunset on Bournemouth Beach or exploring the large seasonal markets in the town centre. Bournemouth is the go-to place which offers both a seaside resort with beautiful beaches and a good selection of shops. Perhaps you may want to hop aboard the brightly coloured land train for a trip along the seafront where you are able to take in the sights of the Bournemouth seaside and enjoy views out to the Isle of Wight. Rent a beach hut or take a walk on one of the historic piers - make the most of the outdoors and this wonderful stretch of British seaside. With an excellent selection of restaurants including the BH2 complex and Odeon Cinema just nearby you are spoilt for choice. A short walk from the apartment you can take a peaceful stroll through the exotic woodlands of the Chine which brings you to Westbourne. Lovely spacious house, great location, easy walking distance to the beach, shops and town centre. Few things in the property that need repair, a window at the front of property was broken that let a draft and noise in. We were a little conscious of it for security. Good communication with owners for code to get in and any questions we had.

We stayed over August bank holiday The flat was a great find and only 5-7 min walk to the beach There were plenty of local places to eat catering for all palates. The flat itself was very clean and the rooms were all of decent size . My only quibble was the lack of finishing touches / basics such as teabags , sugar etc. We have stayed in other VBRO and Air B&B properties and these small touches go along way after a lengthy journey especially when the local NISA/Coop is so expensive . Communication with the agents was great and we would definitely stay again

Lovely, bright and airy apartment, minutes walk from the beach and town but be prepared for hill walking! Things we wish we’d brought with us: - fans (none in property and not much chance for through draft) - tea towels (these have always been supplied in previous holiday lets) - same for a dishcloth to wipe down sides. - tea and coffee and milk for arrival - Cafetière - a bath mat (there was a non slip for in the bath, but nothing for stepping out) I’m guessing we have been spoilt in the past 😊
