Perfect location and a wonderfully updated building with a very nice balcony and view of the surrounding town and mountains. Very quiet neighborhood which made for a very peaceful night.
Nothing.

Situated in the stunning old town of Feltre we were lucky to pick this beautiful facility which was a building with three suites of which we took two, one for us and one for our teenagers. Each suite was a stand-alone spacious appartment with bathroom and refrigerator. The top one under the roof had a terrace with a pittoresque view of the town and the mountains. The design of the accomodation was amazing and so romantic with candles all over. There was a coffee/ tea facility free of use and all basic kitchen ware. The center of Feltre has everything from supermarkets to restaurants. The contact person was very responsive and helpful with all matters. We had parking almost in front of the building. Down the street was a very good restaurant with home-made food (other than pizzas and traditional pasta dishes) which was very good and a welcomed change during our stay. There is a very nice coffee shop which opens at 6 am with good breakfast and coffee, sandwiches if you need for hiking in the Dolomites.
Nothing to complain about. It was perfect and I would highly recommend it.

The limestone and Venetian plaster walls are simply stunning. The balcony is a sweet addition and the air conditioning a much appreciated bonus. Giacomo is an awesome host! He took time to give suggestions and directions. He helped us out with the bus schedule too.

House with several suites, all designed and newly renovated in a remarkable way has made this a superb location to stay in Feltre. Located within the old town, all sights vcan be reached by foot, yet access is relatively easy and quick. The surrounding of Feltre is also well worth a visit.
Being an old building the windows are rather small and the lights are not very powerfull, so especially during the day it was a bit dark in the appartment. But I can imagine that this is not a problem in summer and the thick cooling stone walls will be a benefit then.

Our suite was gorgeous, stylish, and extremely comfortable. It’s very clear that great care was taken to design this beautiful hotel. The art, woodwork, and limestone were amazing. We loved it and were so happy to stay here. Our terrace had stunning views of the city and mountains. There is a lovely coffee and tea bar. Also, Giacomo was so kind in helping us with museum and restaurant advice. Feltre is a very special city and staying at Via Paradiso was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip.
Absolutely nothing, except that we couldn’t stay longer ☺️

Located in the very center of town this is the perfect property for exploring!!
New restoration gives this place a unique look that I'd want in my own home.

Charming house with very individual details.

The owner is an absolute delight - so helpful, friendly and communicative, and lots of attention to detail. The building is gorgeous, very centrally located, and we loved the open stone walls. The views from both windows were fantastic, and there are lots of lovely cafes and bars nearby. There's a portable AC unit, but we just kept the window open overnight; the town is so quiet that we didn't hear a thing.
If the price were lowered by about €30 - 40, we'd have given it a 10.
Parking is available with a permit that you can get from the B&B. No ZTL issues.
It's too expensive for what it is. We paid more here than most places in Italy and the furnishings/finishing touches didn't justify the €135 price.

Highly recommended! Good amount of space on 3 levels; would be a cosy 6 sleeper with shared bathroom on middle floor. Well presented. Not part of the owner's main premises but in a quiet lane. Mini-kitchen facilities for drinks/prepping uncooked food, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Nice bathroom with all you needed. Near to the old town of Feltre next to river.
We were informed that no Wi-fi at the separate building but we were fine with that. Picked up 3G reception anyway. Was quite warm and there was a balance to be struck between opening windows vs. mosquito invasion. Aircon probably not feasible in such a nice old building but some pedestal or ceiling fans would help with sleep. Breakfast was a little unorthodox - vouchers for the gelateria round the corner - the offered some cut up fruit, coffee, a few croissant and ice-cream! Coffee and ice-cream were delicious. We didn't go hungry but no eggs/cereal/cheeses/bread etc.

The terrace in Suite 3 was phenomenal, with the best views in town. We booked it solely for the terrace and it did not disappoint.
The AC took a long time to cool the room down but it was fine.
