Postcard Lodge is a marvellous detached house resting in Polruan, Cornwall. Hosting four bedrooms, including a super-king-size with Smart TV, balcony and en-suite shower room, a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a ground-floor king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room and a twin with zip/link and Smart TV, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, a first-floor garden kitchen and first-floor games room with Smart TV and DVD player. Postcard Lodge is the perfect setting for a memorable trip to Cornwall. Note: Note: 2 small/ medium dogs are welcome at a £30 supplement each - not allowed on furniture and in bedrooms.
Amenities: Eco source heating with woodburning stove and under floor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, Dualit Appliances and KitchenAid blender. 5 x Smart TVs, DVD player, WiFi. Hairdryers provided. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Logs for woodburner can be picked up locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Public car park or on-street parking in the village. Front balcony with patio and dining seating, rear garden with furniture, wooden hot tub (seats up to 8) and electric barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, beaches 0.1 miles - Quay beach and Back beach. village bakery 0.1 miles. Note: There are fourteen external steps leading up to this property, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There are three steps leading up into the kitchen, please take care. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: No stag, hen, or similar parties of under 25s. The property accepts a minimum of 7 night stays only. Please note: This property does not accept Sunday changeovers.
