The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space featuring a balcony, along with a kitchen offering an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four people, a sitting area with a sofa bed and a TV, as well as a second-floor sunroom. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor twin and a second-floor double with an en-suite shower room, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a front patio with furniture and off-road parking. Within 0.1 mile, you will find a shop and pub, within 0.3 miles, you will find a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
