About this cottage rental
Located just a few minutes walk from Saundersfoot village boasting an award winning beach, picturesque harbour and wonderful array of cafes, shops and pubs, Cartref is a wonderful character filled cottage with beautiful views over the village and surrounding countryside. The cosy log burner and bubbling hot tub from where you can enjoy the lovely countryside views makes Cartef the perfect place for a seaside break at any time of year.
The nearby seaside town of Tenby is just a 10 minute drive away and this cottage is also perfectly located for exploring the best of Pembrokeshire's diverse beaches, historic castles and family attractions - most of which are within a 25 minute drive.
Living/dining room: Sliding doors open the room out onto the raised patio area with a hot tub where you can sit back and enjoy the beautiful countryside views. Log burner. Dining area seating up to 8 people. Door leads to a 'snug' room' with a Freeview TV, X-Box and large L-shaped sofa.
Kitchen: Farmhouse style kitchen with small central seating area and Aga style range oven. Well equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including a fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher.
Family Bathroom: Bath, separate shower unit, toilet and wash hand basin.
Stairs lead up from the hallway to the upstairs accommodation.
En-suite Bedroom: Double bed, shower unit, toilet and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed with beautiful countryside views.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds.
Bedroom 4: Bunk beds (top bunk has a 76kg weight limit) . Beautiful countryside views.
All bedrooms have ample storage.
Outside the split level furnished garden is enclosed and provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy the captivating views or an evening soak in the hot tub whilst gazing at the stars.
Cartref further benefits from off-road parking for up to 3 cars, coal BBQ, gas central heating throughout and WiFi. There is a washing machine in the basement.

Please note that a returnable good housekeeping and damage deposit of £150.00 is required.
