About this apartment rental
Spacious and bright 3 bedroom flat located just 1 minute walk from the beach of Calafell.
This flat is on the ground floor and has a terrace directly overlooking the street. Just as you enter the flat you will find two double bedrooms, one of which has its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom, with two single beds, also has direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped and has a small bar that connects to the living-dining room.
The swimming pool is located 10 metres from the flat, and apart from its large dimensions, it is surrounded by a pleasant natural lawn all year round.
The flat has two air conditioners: one in the corridor and the other one in the living-dining room. Furthermore, this flat comes with a parking space in the underground car park underneath the building.
Due to its convenient location, it is almost unnecessary to use the car, as shops, restaurants and the beach are only a few steps away.
The ideal place to enjoy an ideal holiday!

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€200) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h and Check-in's that finish after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
