Location was good
The cleanliness was appalling. The washroom was not maintained and the beds had bed bugs

Fantastic location and very clean and modern . The room had a good air conditioner too which is a real bonus when it gets as hot as it does in ibiza.
There was also a small fridge which was a nice extra .
Some drawers to put

It was pretty nice and clean, the rooftop deck was cool
I went beginning of November so this was not a social hostel at all, was kinda depressing as is Ibiza at this time of the year

Perfect location near to bus stop from the airport, and central to the port, castle, shops and restaurants. Room although small , was clean with a comfy bed, fridge and a roof terrace where I ate my breakfast, I was happy with my stay for the price.
I would have liked a curtain or sliding door on the toilet and a kettle.

The welcome from the Brazilian guy on reception was fantastic 😊. The beds were so comfortable 🙂
The whole place is tired, shabby and I couldn't wait to leave! I paid in advance for four nights, however after being given key to my reserved room en suite only to find it had not been serviced from the previous occupation! I was swiftly moved to another room but without en suite. The next morning I changed my flight to leave the following evening. On the second day I moved rooms to the one I had originally reserved, one of the few en suite rooms. I found it to be rather shabby in fact the loo moved when you sat down as the floor was uneven. The sink in the room was very tired, the wooden surround was rotten and not clean. Aircon units oozed dust and debris when switched to heat, filters were clogged with dust and obviously hadn't been serviced for years! I don't understand how a person can own and run a facility in a fantastic location with lovely staff and not invest any capital to upgrade this tired worn down property! I have managed many hotels in the UK and would be embarrassed to be managing hostal ibiza! I appreciate you get what you pay for in this life, however I would have paid more just for the location and welcome if the facilities were up to some standard above 1 Star 🌟

Upon arrival i was checked-in by a very friendly employee who also gave me tips for restaurants and helped me get my heavy luggage upstairs since there is no elevator!
The facilities and accomodation were not worthy of the price of 150 euros/ night which i paid.
The room was not only old and weardly designed, it was also dirty. There were heaps of dust laying on the floor, hair in my bedsheets which made me sleep on towels. There was a left over bottle of showergel and a tshirt on the window border... It basically looked like they had not cleaned up after the previous person. To be honoust, i was glad i only had to stay there for 1 night.
On top of all that, i stayed there end of july and am still waiting to get my 20 euro deposit back after several requests to get it refunded.
