A great stay in a peaceful ambiance with a fantastic view over the sea. Beach, restaurants nearby, still quiet and calm in the garden. Clean pool, and smooth contact with owner Luigi and Christelle, meeting up before.

Beautiful Home with Stunning Views
Beautiful Home with Stunning Views
Luigi is such a kind and compassionate host. We've been communicative for months prior to our arrival, and he was available to answer any question--from travel to favorite restaurants and everything in-between. He made the entire experience that much more enjoyable. And this factor alone makes it impossible not to give him 5 stars. The house itself has two-stories. The bottom floor is a bit more rustic than the top, with an old "French provencal charm" to it. There are three bedrooms and two baths on the bottom floor, with the fully-equipped kitchen and dining room in the center; and upstairs--a more updated and brightly-lit area to sleep and hang out--are two more bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed and one with a pull-out double-bed sofa) with a full bathroom and separate WC, along with a family room that overlooks the Sea. Although it was impeccably cleaned upon our arrival, the old architecture on the bottom floor--combined, perhaps, with the region itself, created a musty/moldy/damp aroma that was hard to ignore at times. Luckily, we were there during warmer temperatures and could easily open up doors and windows to air it out. This definitely helped. And there are some places on the property, and in some rooms, that could use a bit of extra love and care to make it perfect. That said, it really was a most ideal spot for our family of six to be together: each couple had their own room and it was a beautifully spacious space to comfortably share. But the piece de resistance is the stunning view from the outdoor balcony and poolside sitting area. The beautiful infinity pool was heated for our stay, which made it so enjoyable for us, and each morning we'd awake with coffee in-hand to watch the gorgeous sunrise over the sea, then sipped wine at night to watch the full moon overhead. It's definitely a stunner and the beautiful pics don't do it justice. We didn't have a rental car and still made it around just fine. It's a short eleven minute walk to the small town (which has a few restaurants, beach access, and a sweet provencal market)--but if you're not a typical walker, the climb back up could be a bit intense. We all did it just fine. A twenty five-minute walk away is the larger town of St Piere (I think it's called?) where there are larger grocery stores, many more shops and attractions, beaches, and a boat port to take you to St Tropez or other nearby cities. I can safely recommend your family stay here!
