Perfect for our trip.

All staff very friendly and helpful. Particularly good breakfast with fresh fruit and hot food cooked to order. Quiet location, particularly at garden side. Easy walk from station. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Lovely and comfy room ,just heating up too much for sleeping ..that's all

Lovely room .Old and quaint but that's what we like . The room was very hot with the heating and we struggled to sleep but the bed was super comfy and it had a bath which was great . Lots of space. TV wasn't in the right angle to the bed and we couldn't move it to watch telly in bed comfortably Apart from the Hot room it was lovely. And thankfully we had a fan. Amazing staff polite and we were able to check in easily too .

Superb

Great breakfast served by very friendly and helpful man. Good location: yards from a local pub (Dog and Bacon) and with free parking and just a short walk from Horsham town centre.

Did it’s job breakfast was the best part

it was close to where we needed to be

it’s very tired and dated. The en suite was tiny barely able to move - the shower water was either scalding or cold couldn’t get it to adjust and the water power was poor

Helpful staff, clean and comfortable in good location

Helpful staff who let us collect the keys early which really made our day easier! Clean, comfortable room and good cooked breakfast. Really handy having parking.

everything room etc clean

As alone traveller you sometimes tend to get the broom cupboard.My room was exceptionally small especially the bathroom. The hotel was I think 90% empty they could have given me a bigger room!!!! there was no bar as advertised and no meals only breakfast. this really does not rates as a hotel more B&B. For £70 a night not good value.Premier Inn cheaper and more facilities.

Nice small traditional hotel, good value for money

Location is great, easy walk to Horsham town centre but still in a quiet area. The room was fairly spacious and clean, bathroom also well equipped. Bed was comfy and we had a good night's sleep.

Breakfast was fairly average and parking space is a bit tight with not many places available.

Pleasant friendly staff, free good wi-fi. The breakfast room looked pleasant. The room was clean.

Stay started badly with a weird bloke standing outside drinking when we arrived - he was still there when we got back. Not a great impression. We had a Dark, small room on ground floor, desperately in need of decoration. Very uncomfortable bed, with old, stained and lumpy pillows. Crusty carpet which I didn’t want to walk on barefoot and a humming noise from some kind of equipment nearby which we could hear all night. Didn’t try to use the shower or stay for breakfast.

The building itself and location seemed appealing however inside was very disappointing. Staff were nice and breakfast very good hot and fresh, however the room lacked atmosphere. Maybe a little flower on the table and low volume background music?

No cold water at all in the bathroom sink. No picture, just voice from tv. Generally very shabby and dated, everywhere you look peeling paint, knocked chunk out of wall on the step by room 11, just very tired and the whole impression was not good, wouldn’t recommend and couldn’t get out quick enough.

Only stayed one night, it was convenient for our reason of visiting family.

The breakfast choice was limited, I had requested a gluten free diet and only got offered gluten free toast, they didn't understand that sausages need to be gluten free as well and put an ordinary sausage on my plate. There was no cereal or other options available as far as we could see, we were just asked do you want the cooked breakfast. Having said that the food was nice.

Just the fact that as an establishment serving food in this day and age they should understand about diets.
