Very easy check in. Great accomodations and clean. Lacking sufficient towels, but owner after a few tries rectified the situation successfully.

We stayed here for two nights for our wedding and the location was perfect, being just a few minutes from downtown excelsior (and our venue). The house is absolutely beautiful and completely renovated. Very light and bright! Nathan was quick to respond to all questions I had and the check out process was the easiest we’ve ever had with a stay! Thank you for being so laid back and flexible. It made the stay even more enjoyable.

House was clean. Check in was super easy. Close to the highway and lots of shops and restaurants. If you're a Prince fan its a short drive to take the tour.

Good accommodations for 6 adults. Very comfortable, clean home. The beds and linens comfy except for the twin beds, not good for adults, maybe fine for kids. The house has up to date amenities, two bathrooms, floors, new appliances, kitchen, very nicely finished lower level. Easy check in. Didn’t have to communicate with owner, that’s how easy and accommodating it was. We did not cook but it seemed like kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. Washer and dryer available. Great location to Excelsior and freeways. Would stay there again.

The property was exactly as advertised! Newly remodeled split level in a nice neighborhood, very close to Excelsior. Beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of linens, dishes, cooking utensils for the stay. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our daughter's wedding. We would definitely stay here again!

Updated and clean house in a great location. We were in town for a wedding but very close to Minnetonka lake. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe add a few extra blankets. Highly recommend for future renters.

Rented this place for my bridesmaids to stay at the night before and night of my wedding. It was perfect for 6 girls, very clean and cute and located so close to downtown Excelsior! We loved our stay.

We thought the decorating and comfort of the home were great. Easy contact with owner.
Would up the game on your cleaning service. Moldy coffee grounds in the coffee pot, crumpled sheets in the linen closet rather than folded so not sure if clean. Bathroom floor a bit in need of cleaning. Regardless, would stay there again.

Great house in a perfect location. We walked to the trail and were also able to walk to downtown excelsior easily. Beds were comfortable. We were able to park 2 cars in the garage. Beautiful decorating. We had a great time.

This place was so spacious and homey. Had everything we needed for a family wedding weekend. Would highly recommend staying. Close proximity to Excelsior and all Twin Cities areas. Could use a sheet and towel upgrade. Carpets need replaced and baseboards were dirty in many places, but overall enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay if looking for a get away to the lake! Check in was super easy. Coming and going was breeze, even with a boat. The house is very nicely updated. Allowing pets was a big one for us! Made our trip so much more enjoyable. Will stay again!!

Was an older home that owners had put a lot of work into updating.
Was very clean with exception of bedding on queen bed...old, torn sheets with stains and dried blood. 😆
Homeowner was very responsive to one minor issue with AC fuse
We loved the walkable or bikeable location to downtown Excelsior.
We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here with my adult daughter who was attending a conference. House is clean and well appointed in the inside. Outside was a little under maintained but the location was convenient. A great value for how cute the inside is set up!

The property was immaculate and in a fantastic location. My mom, step dad, myself and my two girls (10 and 12) stayed for a few days and had a wonderful time. We were very comfortable from the get go and would stay here again!

Super easy check-in with great owner communication. We were in town for USA hockey nationals. I had questions about location and distance to rinks which the owner answered immediately. If i ever head back to MN, this would be at the top of my list for places to stay.

This was a anniversary trip for my husband and I. We spent a week in MN and loved it all! The house was clean, comfy and well maintained. We enjoyed having the fireplace lit and just relaxing. The foosball table was so much fun...even if my husband beat me! A full size coffee maker would be a nice addition. Highly recommend this property!

Our family of 5 adults stayed in this home while in town for a family wedding. The house was perfect for us. Very clean, well laid out, comfortable beds and very convenient to downtown Excelsior. Great communication and ease of check in and out. I would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Nathan’s home. It was the perfect size for my sisters and I. We grew up in the area, and were happy to find a rental near Excelsior. The house was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and there were plenty of places to take our pups for a walk.
Nathan was responsive to us when we gave input on what household items would be helpful for the stay at his home.

Great to find a nice pet friendly house to rent. It was clean and just as pictured. Had a slight issue with damp towels & sheets so had to re-dry them to use. Nathan responded quickly to our questions. Would recommend.

This is a great property if you need a place close to Excelsior. It was clean and cute. The bedrooms are all on the upper level with only one bathroom, however the downstairs bath is great for a larger party to have a place to use. All in all - 5 star.

Great home!
We were visiting family near Excelsior and this was the perfect home for my family of 4 to stay. It was very clean, quiet area, and a great amount of space for us. The check in process was seamless and it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.
