An excellent property for the whole family. Pool area was just amazing, photos don't do it justice. None of us wanted to leave and we will be back.

Our family stayed here for 10 days. We had everything we needed for cooking, etc. The yard is just beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The owner was easy to contact and immediately fixed the one plumbing issue we had. The master bed was a very comfortable foam mattress but some of the other beds were very uncomfortable. Also, be aware you have to pay extra for pool heating.

The house was fantastic, and was perfect for our family. The only thing is it would be great if they had one room with a queen bed, as all but the masters were bunks and it proved hard for my growing teens. The Waterfall feature on the left hand side never worked while we were there, however, we also didn't reach out to owner, as we were pretty busy :). The pool was still great, the slide was awesome, and we had lots of fun, we hope to come back next year. I highly recommend the location, and the house!

Wonderful place to stay if visiting Disney and want easy access around Orange County. Plenty of room for multiple families or families with a lot of kids. Fantastic pool to cool off in after a hot morning at Disneyland.

The house was great! The pool was absolutely amazing! Kids had the best time swimming. Surrounding area has plenty of food options. The manager was very responsive and extremely helpful. We hope to return in the future.

Pro's: Pool is Amazing as the pictures show, the home is in a good location close to Freeway, Plenty of room for a family of 5, lots of towels
Con's: Pool was Ice cold even after paying to heat the pool everyday we were there, it didn't bring the Temp up a single degree, the kids tried to enjoy it but was too cold, the slide needs some repairs of the concrete as the children got small cuts on them sliding down, ridiculous house rules are provided after you pay for your stay, you can't run the pool heater overnight so you have no chance of ever getting a enjoyable swim, every vrbo I've rented has come with a washer and dryer but they don't allow you to use the ones in this house, there are camera's everywhere so don't stay here if you want to have a sense of privacy, (I know kinda creepy), In our three night stay we had to buy more toilet paper, the beds aren't very comfortable, one of the bathtubs drains is completely rusted out, the master shower had long black hairs stuck to tile so it appeared it wasn't properly cleaned, house rules don't allow you to leave the home and heat the pool, I forgot and ran to grab breakfast at a local resturant when I returned a short time later to check the pool temp I noticed the heater had been turned off, it can be turned off remotely, thus the privacy thing "Creepy"
Overview: If your main selling point is the amazing pool then I'd keep that thing as inviting as ever for my guests, I'd never let the temp get below 82 degrees, it was 62 during our visit. The house is medicore so you'll want to spend most of your time in the amazing backyard. except the camera thing which again is creepy because you don't have a clue what type of individual is watching you or your children on the other end. If the owners of this property are worried about the noise of the pool pump and thats why the heater has to shut down at 10pm and left off until 8am then I would build a small enclosure to dampen the noise. So for me the price we paid was not worth it, I'll find something else next time we visit my hometown of Orange County, CA

The pool and the view are very nice. The cleanliness definitely is below average especially the kitchen. Grease and dirt are everywhere in the kitchen area. The dishwasher is run but does not wash off the food/grease. The master room is nice. Other bedrooms are very dark. I wonder the owner ever checked out these rooms at night time. During the stays, I and my sister got insets bites, either from the pool area or bedrooms. I have hyper sensitive skin so I ended up to the urgent care. My sister is lucky as she just have few red pumps on her legs. To be fair, I could not blame the owner because it's my skin reaction to the bites but the house itself is very dirty.. I hope the owner will take this seriously. I have no benefits to put negative comments but just hope my comments can help other viewers .

Picked this place because it’s a direct drive to Disneyland and the freeway to the beach. Awesome location. Fyi the backyard is as good as the pictures.

This was my first time booking a vacation rental. My family and I will definitely do this again. Booking was super easy and the host was very responsive. The house is amazing with enough room for six adults and four children. Location is a short 15 minute drive via surface streets to Disneyland. I would rent property again.

This home in itself is a total vacation. We had a blast and the property owner/manager was very easy to work with. I would love to go back some day.

July stay
Overall a good property. Backyard and pool is amazing. The house is nice but a few things could be fixed up that Look to be unfinished from renovation inside house on the details that could be completed and small things like bedroom light switches not turning lights on /off, and some other small touches that would help complete inside of house. Overall a good property with no concerns. Thanks to host for being easy to communicate with and allowing us access to laundry and early check in and addressing any other concerns immediately.

Disappointed
Hello! I hate to leave negative reviews but I have used VRBO countless times and this was our worst experience. The positives are, it was relatively close to Disneyland and the home owners responded quickly to my questions. The negatives....there were no extra blankets or pillows in the home. There was a pile of mis-matched towels for the entire house. There were 2 bathrooms upstairs. A half bathroom downstairs and a shower outside. That does not equal 4 bathrooms. The kitchen looked run down. There were mismatched plates, bowls and not many of anything. The light in the center is held up with an extension cord. We found multiple black widow spiders. When I asked the owners to come and spray, they said that was just part of life. We have stayed in several Anaheim homes and none had a black widow problem. The sheets on the beds were plastic and uncomfortable. And last, the pool water was so murky it looked dirty. The owners again replied quickly but just to tell me the pool was clean. My husband, my sister in law, my brother in law and myself did not feel comfortable letting our kids swim. So, we left a day early because we were uncomfortable, the kids were cold at night and we could not use the backyard. Overall, I was disappointed with this property.

Great pool and hot tub
Easy checkin and out. Great location to food and shopping. Host allowed us to check in early. Host left some useful staples in pantry such as paper cups, plates, sugar, etc. I was disappointed in amount and condition of towels. They were worn and stained. Other than that, house had all the amenities of home and more. Would stay again.

Amazing home
This place is amazing! The pool and back yard are above and beyond better than anywhere we've stayed. We couldn't get our kids out of the pool! The atmosphere is magical. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed our time here.

Pool awesome. House ok.
Pool and ease of use was awesome. The price to heat the pool should be included in original price quote. The extra charge for pool heating is a bait and switch. The house was clean but not special. Property was lacking supplies. Linens mismatched. A washer and dryer is a must for more than a day stay. Kitchen equipment is cheap and lacking. For large groups. Found dirty socks in the bed from the prior users.

Great pool and spa
Booked for a spare of moment, quick getaway with my family. Booking was easy and accommodating. The pool was beautiful but cold even while heating, its a big pool, I think in the summer the pool would be perfect. The spa was great. I read other reviews about it being dark at night so I brought a couple camping lanterns and it was still pretty dark.
I wish there was paddles for the ping pong table & Couple more pots and pans, I was cooking for 6 and had to get clever about how to cook for a larger group. Suggestions would be additional hooks everywhere for towls and bathing suits. But overall a comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay
My sister and her children as well as my husband and our two children (7 total) fit very comfortably here. The house inside and out was beautiful and exactly what we hoped it would be. It is conveniently located with plenty of shopping around and only about 15 minutes away from Disneyland. We would absolutely stay here again and the hosts were very friendly and easy to get ahold of. Before we left I inquired about the availability of a stroller to use while we were there, and they got one for the house. We were very grateful and it was incredibly helpful during our stay.

Nice house
As you rent a house when on vacation you want it to feel like home away from home. The house was nice just a few things that I would like to address. The kitchen needs a few things like knives(we bought a set of 3 and left them behind so other guests can use them) better plates, and if you’re a wine/beer drinker you will need to bring your own bottle opener. The kitchen needs a better cleaning like Discard the unused old chopsticks, straws, old dish sponges and expired foods that other guests leave behind. We also left food and drinks behind hoping someone else will enjoy them. Bedrooms would be nice if you had hangers in closets to hang your clothes since there are no dressers so you’re living out of your suitcase. The pool and jacuzzi are awesome but it’s a bit dark out there. Maybe some lighting would be nice to bring that oasis Atmosphere to life. Overall we enjoyed our stay… very close to Disneyland.

Great backyard, clean house and great location
The house is in a Great location, clean and the backyard is amazing. The only issue is the listing shows 4 bathrooms, however there are only 2.5 in the house: the pool is amazing but cold so we were only able to use it for a short time. Otherwise, this is an excellent property.

Fell short on amenities.
We had a great time however the it advertised as sleeping 10 but there were only 3 coffee mugs and a 4 cup coffee maker. Something better than dollar store plastic plates and cups would be great. A $50 investment for better dishware and a full size coffee maker would make huge difference.

Amazing pool and updated home
Great experience from our family trip to Disneyland. Short drive to Disney and all of the shopping and restaurants we could ask for were within minutes of the house.
Owner is super responsive and helpful. We had some issues figuring out how to heat the pool and he was quick to assist.
The pool and backyard are really the standout of the property. Hot tub fits everybody, jump rock and slide were so fun! We wish we had asked the property owner to heat the pool before we arrived. It was freezing cold and our kids wanted to jump right in when we got to the property, but they lasted about 2 minutes in the cold water. The pool takes hours to heat, so plan for that.
The house was clean and you could tell had been recently renovated completely. There were lots of air fresheners all around, but the house may have had smokers living there at some point based on a lingering smell. It wasn't a huge issue and didn't cause any problems, we just noticed it. Don't forget to bring your own toiletries!
Overall, 5 stars. We would definitely stay again!

Paradise in the City
This was the perfect place for a much needed birthday get away. The house was clean and had enough space for all to sleep and play group games. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pan, plates and utensils that were used for breakfast and dinner throughout the duration of our stay. Let me not forget the backyard . . . simply put, it was beautiful! Being able to swim, play mini golf, start a game of table tennis and then relax in the hot tub was all within the same space was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and there was enough places to park for everyone that stayed. So if you are looking for a place that resembles a tropical island with the comforts of home, this is the place for you.
