Nancy’s VRBO cottage was perfect for us! Traveled with 5 other friends . The 3 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The main floor kitchen and living area modern, yet cozy. In a quiet neighborhood and with a lovely back yard and sitting area. The house is only a mile from down town so is easily walkable to everything.
Nancy was the most gracious hostess from the very beginning all the way through to check out . She loves her little town and truly enjoyed giving us wonderful advice on restaurants and attractions. She stayed in touch with us during the stay to be sure we had everything we needed.
I would highly recommend her lovely house for family or friend trips.
Nancy , we will miss our little friend , Ash😊.

Our stay in the Coastal Cottage was wonderful. The house is lovely and comfortable. We also enjoyed spending time on the back porch admiring the beautiful yard. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and the location is close to many Bristol attractions and businesses. Absolutely no complaints.

We loved our stay - the house was clean and well decorated, and in a great location. Due to freezing temperatures we couldn't get outside to enjoy the yard or neighborhood but it looked great. Would stay there again when visiting family in the area!

The property was as listed and suited our needs perfectly. We came up for the Newport Jazz Festival and the location was great. Easy 30 min drive to downtown Newport. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully done. The mattress and pillows are amazing! Best I have had in any rental so far.
Nancy was very responsive and everything was perfect. I would come back again for next festival.
Thank you for everything

Coastal Cottage has been appropriated perfectly for a lovely rental in the charming town of Bristol. All the furniture seems new and very clean. The beds are comfortable with nice linens and towels. The water pressure is excellent. The kitchen is quite large and the dining room table can accommodate six people quite comfortably. One of the highlights of our stay was roasting marshmallows over their outdoor fire pit. Truly a home away from home!

Lovely home
This is a very well designed, decorated and maintained home. The kitchen is marvelous, the bedrooms cozy and the furnishings are well thought out. The back patio, yard and gardens are extra lovely. Nice front porch, but not a great view in the front. Highly recommend.

Family weekend to celebrate graduation
We had a wonderful weekend stay. The house is well located on a quiet street, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the water, and a quick 5 min drive to RWU. It was comfortable, clean, well appointed and well equipped, with plenty of space both inside and out. The outdoor space is lovely with a nice deck with picnic table and chairs around the fire pit within the beautifully landscaped yard. The only thing we thought was out of place is the daybed in the kitchen. While we can see it may have been placed there for overflow sleeping, we thought that space would serve guests better as a breakfast nook or the like. We would highly recommend this home for a stay in the very charming town of Bristol.
