We really enjoyed our stay here. I love the remodel, she really thought of everything. The beds were very comfortable, matter of fact I had to take pictures of the bedding maker because it was so soft and cozy I have to get some for our home. There wasn’t a single thing the house didn’t have which I’m finding a lot of places skimp on those “home” touches nowadays. But not here! The town is so cute, and the people very welcoming. I would highly suggest the mine and trolly tour when you first get there to learn all about the town. We couldn’t believe how yummy every restaurant was too! The fall colors were so beautiful shining through the cute front door. Great location, amenities, communication, and comfort! Thanks for sharing your adorable home with us!

We came here for a cycling trip, it was a great home base. Really well equipped. Only improvement that I think is needed is a washer and dryer. I missed that these were not on site and we had to ride in dirty bibs and jerseys as we had bike packed and I mistakenly thought a washer and dryer was available. Other than that, great spot!

Comfortable home. Interior has been updated, but still keeps some of the old style charm. Everything worked well for us and host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. we biked The Coeur D’alene Trail from Plummer, stayed one night, and then biked the trail back. Location was great! Very close to grocery store, convenience, stores, and restaurants. Just a very short bike ride from there Coeur d’Alene bike trail. Would stay again.

The Hiawatha trail is 18 miles from the house, the town has many good restaurants and novelty shops. The house has great internet connections, keyless entry, internet panel check in. Beds are comfortable, and good size. The house is comfortable and in a perfect location. I would stay here again.

My husband and I came to Wallace to ride our bikes on the great trails in the area. This house is adorable and super comfy. The owner was available to answer questions in a timely manner prior to our arrival and during our stay. We travel a lot and by far this is the most attentive owner I’ve come across. The extra details at this home were so thoughtful- snacks, coffee pods, etc. and made us feel welcomed. The electronic board was easy to use for checking in/out and finding places to dine.
The town itself is fun to explore - shops, dining and a Silver Mine Tour with a trolley ride - helped make our time in Wallace memorable and fun. We would return to a house named Wallace for sure!

Great base camp for skiing at Silver Mountain and Lookout Pass. The home is perfect for a family of four with comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Very interesting, tasteful decor. We took a snowy walk to explore Wallace and enjoyed the downtown.

We loved this place! Warm, clean, and all the amenities you would need. Great location and price. Check in was super smooth with local details at our fingertips through the use of the Lauren's digital check pad near the entryway. Lauren was also superb with communication. We would stay here again!

Ski weekend
We enjoyed the House Called Wallace with our friends who flew in for a ski weekend. The remodel looks great and the beds were very comfortable. We’d like to return in the summer and bring our kiddos and bicycles for the Hiawatha. Perfect location to enjoy mountains and town near the center of the universe.

Our family agrees, best VRBO experience yet.
Amazing attention to detail/hospitality. From cooking utensils to tinfoil to smart TVs to snacks and coffee pods, this rental had it all. Fantastic communication, really awesome personal welcome and town recommendations on the digital board. The beds were more comfortable than ours at home, cozy comforters, and so close to town and skiing. 18 minutes to the lifts at Lookout Pass, 16 minutes to the gondolas at Silver Mtn. Would absolutely stay again.

Great getaway
My family and I loved the time we spent in this home! It is updated nicely and is a great base for outdoor adventures in the area or exploring the shops in Wallace.
The living room is a great area for everyone to gather together, and the kitchen and dining area are excellent for meals at the house. The rooms and bathroom are nicely appointed as well. Lauren was prompt to respond to my questions, and she left a book (made by her) with restaurant and shop recommendations. My toddler affectionately calls it the "red house on the mountain," and we are already considering a return trip this summer.
