Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the home. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a 1-stall garage for parking convenience, in-unit laundry facilities for added convenience, a fenced yard with a back deck, and a grill with utensils for outdoor cooking. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and noise decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).

The southwest side of Grand Rapids is a diverse neighborhood with a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial areas. It offers a range of housing options, from historic homes to newer developments, and has a vibrant atmosphere with a strong sense of community. The neighborhood features a variety of shops, restaurants, and services, as well as parks and green spaces for outdoor activities. It is known for its cultural diversity and community engagement, making it an interesting and dynamic place to live.

Getting Around:
Downtown Grand Rapids offers a range of transportation options for easy exploration and commuting. Cars are the most common choice, with accessible highways and rental services available. The Rapid bus system and the free DASH Bus cover major destinations, providing affordable public transit. Lime offers bike and scooter rentals through a convenient app. Visitors can also utilize ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft or traditional taxis. Additionally, Grand Rapids is a pedestrian-friendly town, with many restaurants, shops, and parks within walking distance, making it easy to navigate on foot.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank. The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use.

To enhance safety and security, all guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes ID and selfie uploads. Guests will receive an online boarding pass with access instructions.

A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to Airbnb reservation.

• For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations.

• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
