About this house rental
The entire home has been recently remodeled and decorated with high quality furniture. We provide comfy beds, crisp, clean linens and a fully stocked kitchen. The spacious master bedroom features an enormous en suite bathroom with a double vanity, massive shower and fantastic garden style soaker bathtub. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. Smart TVs abound and everything is wired for lightning fast wi-fi.
Perhaps the most desirable feature of the home is the opportunity for indoor/outdoor living it provides. The back wall features a bank of french doors that opens into the spacious pool area. The shaded veranda has a patio table, comfy sitting area and barbecue grill. The resort-style pool is a quiet and secluded oasis to float around and relax with a cool drink. Step outside the pool area and you are in the enormous, fully fenced backyard (almost 1/3 acre). This is the perfect place to work on your golf swing or for your pups to play.
The location of this home is just fantastic! It's nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood, but less than one mile from world famous Siesta Key home of the #1 beach in America! One of the things that makes Siesta Key so special is the sand, it's just like powdered sugar. For a more unique experience, try Point of Rocks Beach which is 1.7 miles from the house. This rare geologic feature is a great place to view birds and marine wildlife, and it is also next to a scenic beach.
You are literally less than 5 minutes from all that Siesta Key has to offer including many great restaurants (The Daiquiri Deck and Captain Curt's Crab and Oyster Bar are two of our favorites) plus quaint boutiques and tons of activities such as boat rentals, snorkeling tours, parasailing, and deep sea fishing charters.
You are also within striking distance of Sarasota which offers easy access to a wide variety of grocery stores, fabulous restaurants, golf courses, bike trails, shopping, cultural activities and a whole lot more. One thing is for sure, at this house, you will never run out of things to do!
