Things to Know
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is an active security camera inside the home that is pointed outward towards the lake/dock and one in the dinning room that is unplugged, but looks across the family/kitchen area.
Dock details: This home is not on the water so it is a short walk to the dock. it’s just down the hill from the house across a small unpaved road. The house and the driveway are up on the hill so you would walk down the driveway across the dirt road to the stairs to take you down to the dock. They’re welcome to go on the dock, fish from the dock, put the kayak and the canoe that we have there and tie it to the dock. If they have their own boat, I believe they’d have to launch it at the public area because the lake committee inspects the boats for signs of invasive species prior to them going in the water. Once it’s in the water, they are welcome to drive it to the home's dock. Of course New Hampshire is subject to boating licenses if they have their own boat, the assumption would be they also have a boating license.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great spacious "studio" in a super quiet neighborhood. The bed was so comfy, the kitchen immaculate and to die for! I was lucky to have great weather where I was able to leave all the sliders wide open day and night. Good size for even a family with 2 small children.

A true studio cottage with lake access. My wife and I brought our large lab with us and were able to dock our boat right at the dock. Definitely rural and not really close to any big stores. Exactly the quiet vacation we were looking for.

Bushes need trimming, found trash in yard/bushes. . Screws coming up on deck and down on stairs to water. Needs better water access. House was comfortable. Air conditioning great!! Comfortable furniture

We had an amazing stay. The cottage was nice and the view from the front deck was beautiful. My only criticism is They state towels provided however my husband and I were there for 10 days and there were only 4 bath towels. That is def not enough towels. If there was a washer dryer that would be fine but there is not. So we had to go and buy more towels. Other than that it was wonderful

I loved the interior with all high end appliances and a great comfy brown leather coach. Loved the deck overlooking the lake. I was disappointed the brown couch did not have a bed in it. The black couch does have one.
The picture looks like it is on the lake. It is not. It is across the road and has 3 large trees blocking most of the lake view. Other then that, it is a lovely, comfortable house.

Felt like the summers of the past. The lake made it perfect! Lovely canoe trip to the end of the lake and back. The cottage itself was clean, comfy and cozy! Would return

We had a lovely weekend in this house! After the torrential rain ended, we opened all the doors and let the breezes in. The deck space is wonderful with plenty of furniture to choose from and umbrellas to provide shade. IF YOU WANT TO CANOE, BRING YOUR OWN LIFE JACKET AND PADDLE. We did canoe with our dog (who packed her life jacket), which was really enjoyable. The neighbors are quiet and we heard the loons every day. I eat a meatless, gluten-free diet and it was a little tricky to get food at the local restaurants. A village grocery store was 7 minutes away and a larger one was about 20. The bed was super comfortable and the WiFi/internet was very easy to navigate. We would love to come back and stay longer!

This is a wonderful home and spot on this beautiful lake. Private cove area and very relaxing. We were her with our dog who loved it all as well, especially jumping off the deck and swimming in the lake and we swam tons too. Lovell Markt only about 8-10 minutes away and was well stocked. Would definitely return again and highly recommend.

Just what we were looking for! A relaxing few days of beautiful weather sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. The fireplace at night was so cozy! It’s a perfect retreat.

Perfection. The kitchen, the patio, the windows! We saw an eagle dive, hunting into the water from the porch! Never wanted to leave, can't wait to go back.

The cottage was very cozy and comfortable. Great place off season if you want to be on a lake but avoid the noise and crowd.

I loved this place so much last year I came back again. It is so quiet and peaceful and having the private dock is wonderful. The place is really clean and the open layout is so nice. It is the perfect getaway to just disconnect.

Lovely home, extremely clean, nice comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen, great huge deck overlooking the lake - can’t ask for much more!
Hope to book again in the future.

We needed a place close to the girls' camp for a weekend stay. This community is lovely! It's pretty quiet, low traffic, close to necessities. Nana's Nest was cute! It was very clean, user friendly, just what we needed. I would recommend that they get a larger coffee maker and a few more drinking glasses. Other than that, it was perfect.

Great place to relax and enjoy nature!
My husband and I booked this place for a birthday getaway and loved it! Highly recommend.

My husband and I booked a long weekend and it was just perfect! Rustic and quiet location, but the inside felt like a hotel room. We were very glad we came with food and drink, so we didn't have to leave, but also enjoyed hitting the Poor People's Pub and local market to add to what we had on hand. This was rejuvenating and relaxing and we would definitely book again. (There was a bit of confusion about the availability of the canoe/kayak so if that's something you're interested in, make sure you ask in advance!)

Great location and immaculate dog friendly studio
Exactly as described. This newly renovated and clean studio had all that is needed for a get away. It has plenty of room to relax both inside and outside. The lake is easily accessible and the private dock with Adirondack chairs is very welcoming.. a bonus is that it is dog friendly! Would definitely revisit this charming home.

Hidden Gem
I was looking to get away to the middle of nowhere in the woods and sit by a lake, and that is exactly what I got. The house was very clean, lots of amenities such as extra paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, extra towels for swimming. A beautiful home in a beautiful location, I would definitely consider visiting again next year.

Relaxing for the whole family!
The house on the lake was just what we needed. Kayaked and hiked every day--some great trails were 15-20 minute drive. Fully workable kitchen and grill. We even saw a loon on the lake! The only thing it needs is a little fire pit!
