Enjoy beautiful Lake Conroe in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the gated community of April Sound. It is centrally located off Hwy 105 with easy access to restaurants and shopping. You can enjoy the breath-taking view of the water from the balcony while drinking your coffee or enjoying your favorite beverage. Stairs off the balcony take you right down to the water where you can tie off your boat or jet skis, or just play in the large green space below. Note: The entrance to Condo is is the 2nd floor of the building. You must climb stairs to enter the first floor of the condo. Long term stays available. Please inquire for price.

My husband and I stayed here for work. The condo is perfect! Close to the water and a peaceful balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning! Will definitely come back!

Kelly was super accomodating and friendly she even put our names on a welcome frame and prepared some snacks / beverages, the place was very neat and tidy and in close proximity of the lake. the only minor downside was the security at the gate, even though Kelly emailed our check in and check out dates to the security personnel they were still giving us a hard time everytime we tried to get in after initial check in

It was so awesome, comfortable and relaxing! The property was extremely clean and well stocked with whatever we needed. The view of the lake is spectacular and picturesque. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels very safe. The beds were super comfortable, which is very important with my bad back. We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you for such a great weekend! 💜

We loved our stay at “Our Happy Place”! It was super cute on the inside, and well put together. The host was so easy to communicate and work with, and they added special, personalized details during the stay that we really enjoyed. The beds were super comfortable, there were lots of amenities available to us in the condo, the neighbors were quiet, and access to the water was easy to get to. Lots of room inside and out for our dog to be comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, but if there was one thing I could change it would be a better description of the location of the building and that it’s on the second floor. I might have missed that part when booking, but it is indeed not on the ground, and that it’s not the building located on the pin/address in the Vrbo app. Its not 138 April Point Dr S. It’s 172 April Point Dr S. You still have a good view of the lake, but it’s not the condo that sits on the water. I was a little surprised when we arrived that we weren’t on the water. Loved this cute little happy place!!

We booked this rental the week of Christmas, as we were relocating due to a job transfer. Due to the timing, this was our first Christmas away from our own home, with no decorations or holiday feel. When we arrived at the rental on Dec. 24th, we found the rental clean and inviting, and just as advertised. And, when we arrived we noticed that the property owners had actually decorated the unit for Christmas, just for us! There was a beautiful tree, and even stockings hung up - with our names on them (even our dog too)!. We were blown away at the incredible kindness and thoughtfulness of the owners. To add to this, we had an issue with hot water in one of the bathrooms, and the owners responded right away and had a plumber come and fix it immediately. In addition to all this, the location was superb, with beautiful lake views right out the back and off the balcony. We will definitely come back for another stay! Thank you very much!

Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and our stay was memorable! It was a great, private location with a beautiful view of the lake. The condo was very comfortable and our stay, overall, was very relaxing. Only complaint was we just wished we could’ve stayed longer!

My husband, three teens and I stayed here for a weekend. The hosts were incredibly welcoming - they had a welcome sign with our names and the kids’ favorite snacks. The place was clean, comfortable, and looked out to the water. The location is very convenient. Definitely recommend!

We stayed here during a weekend at the Baseball Ranch. The condo was clean and very well stocked. Fabulous proximity to the lake where we relaxed on paddle boards after practice. The dogs loved all of the grass! Would definitely stay here again!

Serene, beautiful and quiet. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Very cute naughtical decor. We appreciated the snacks, cold beverages and bottled water in the fridge. The host included a personalized welcome message with each of our names and wishing my dad a Happy birthday. Location was perfect for restaurants, swimming, boating and watersports activities. Would definitely recommend for adult, young to middle age occupants. Would not suggest for families with small children or toddlers only because there is a very steep, spiraling staircase in the living room leading to the loft. A small child could easily fall between the staircase posts. Other than this,great stay. Beautiful property, thoughtful host, clean peaceful and quiet place. Would definitely stay again.

If you have pets, this VRBO is as good as it gets. We stayed 7 days, mostly indoors due to the oppressive heat wave. Everything went smooth as butter, w/ a gracious host.

Beautiful view of lake Conroe, cute lake themed decor throughout, clean and with all the comforts of home! The host was great communicating and made a bunch of extra little touches to personalize the stay just for us! We were a close drive to several boat rentals and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend this spot for visiting Conroe/Montgomery! Also, the kids loved the bunk beds, loft and spiral staircase!

We were attending a wedding nearby in February and this was the perfect spot for us. The host added personal touches to ensure we felt welcomed and was very responsive. The property was clean and had everything we needed. There's a large shore line boardwalk nearby which I was where I walked my dogs in the morning. Very pretty area of lake. Unfortunately it was February so we didn't get to rent any boats or jet skis but next time we visit, we definitely will. My entire family loved the stay and I recommend it if you're on Lake Conroe!

We were in town for a wedding at April Sound CC, so this was a perfect and convenient location behind the gates in the community. The condo was exactly as advertised and we were pleasantly surprised with the extra touches all around and our awesome host Kelly. The lake view and sunrise from the patio was great to wake up to each morning. We recommend this property and will return next time we’re in the area.

This whole listing has and provides everything you need! It’s perfect for a group of 6 and the place is very quaint and sturdy! You can get a nice view of the lake and the hostess is very generous and quick to responding! My friends and I enjoyed our entire stay and had a grand time being here. We couldn’t think of anything bad as everything here was perfect and wonderful! Kelly is amazing and this place is simple and beautiful! Highly recommend on staying here again!

This was, by far, the best experience I have had in renting through VRBO. This property is taken care of personally by the owner, and she was very considerate through the whole process. She showed kindness when she didn’t have to, she went out of her way to make the weekend special for the birthday girl, and the property was clean and well maintained upon our arrival. I booked this property because of the reviews on the owner, and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend it. We had a wonderful stay.

First of all this property is not a "Waterfront" property. There is a parking lot in front of the property and there are other Condos in front that are actual "Waterfront". This needs to be removed from the listing as waterfront. This is also not an upscale property. They use the term "gated community" calling it upscale but it is far from being upscale. The property also has not been recently fully renovated and is not very clean. The entry into the unit was very untidy and had dead bugs all over the door to get in. As soon as I saw the entry I knew this was going to be a mistake. We ended up not staying at this property. It was very depressing to say the least. We had asked for a refund but the owners have refused. I hope that they use our money they kept to put back into this unit so that no one else is disappointed and deceived. This is basically a run down unit in an old gated country club neighborhood. The pictures look great online but the unit is nothing like it when you get there. I believe they are friendly and I feel other renters either are used to this class of rental and or are too nice to state the truth. This is the first negative review I have made on VRBO, being both a renter for years and an owner. I don't want anyone else to have their trip ruined and lose out on their hard earned money,

We absolutely loved our visit to this beautiful home and lake Conroe. The place was beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed. We had an amazing time swimming, playing ball in the grassy area by the water and kayaking :) The hosts were so very kind leaving us all kinds of treats, my kids were so happy to see all the snacks! Thank you so much for sharing your home and snacks with us! Definitely will be back.

This is a great family space. The kids get the loft that has room for 4 plus a TV which frees up the couches downstairs for everyone else. The kitchen is plenty big to cook full meals for hungry teenagers. The neighborhood is a great place to walk and the pool was quiet and clean.
