Pros: Very spacious house to fit large family within good neighborhood and within close proximity with airport, Walmart, and restaurants. Good size backyard for dog. Online pictures are accurate. AC is cold. Communicative owner- did an Amazon deliver for batteries/tv remote.
Cons: Amenities were below average: paper thin flat pillows (had to go purchase better pillows), less than 3 hangers per closet-ones you get from buying clothes at a store (had to purchase real hangersl) not enough silverware/plates/bowls to accommodate group of 9 (we had to purchase additional), not enough toilet paper rolls, paper towels, hand soap. Trash bins were full prior to our arrival so it didn’t fit all our trash even after trash day (which is on Monday mornings btw). House mats would have been good to have with the rain all week - had to clean the floors everyday from the debris from outside. Backyard landscaping could use some better maintenance as it was super muddy and had some unsafe stuff ( cat cage, glass, and open shed with some construction leftover items in it). Caution if you’re a light sleeper as the plane sounds are very loud and we also got woken up at 7:30am from landscapers working on the front and backyard (no mention of this in their description). Dinning room table only accommodates 6-7 people. Cleanliness would be 3 1/2 out of 5: couches and rug were stained, bathrooms had a smell (oddly after showering).
Would we stay here again? Only if we have to for a large group.

The property was very clean and decorated beautifully. The bathrooms were clean and stocked well, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We would definitely consider this property again, if we need to bring a large group to the area.
