Loin du centre ville, chambre vieillotte Salle bain avec baignoire sans barre et glissante, WC exigu impossible de fermer porte quand vous utilisez Fuite d'eau de la salle de bain dans la chambre Petit déjeuner moyen, salle beaucoup trop petite, sans reassort Garage souterrain cher et parfois bloqué par voiture garée à sa sortie d'où voiture inutilisable

We will/would use the hotel again. Staff were pleasant and the hotel clean.

It was clean and tidy in all areas. Huge double bed.

We chose this hotel as it had Spa facilities which on B.Com it stated were being up dated as of 28/12, when we arrived 27/12 we were told it was already closed and we couldn’t use it. Very disappointed!!! Tea and coffee was supplied for our overnight stay but no milk!!

Would not recommend this hotel.

The young lady at reception was very pleasant and tried her best to be helpful.

No bar. No restaurant. No night Porter. Long way from any amenities and no taxis available. There was a key code to gain entry after 9oc. We paid over €500 to stay 4 nights but left after 1 night.

Déçue.

Chambre située au dessus de la piscine, donc une chaleur difficilement tenable la nuit et un vrombissement incessant. La piscine intérieure interdite aux enfants et payante. Hôtel accessible aux chiens mais interdit dans toutes les salles (gym, repas, etc). Rapport qualité/prix (avec les suppléments) peu correct. Parking payant également et difficile d’accès.

Très mauvais Hotel, accueil exécrable

Hôtel: - Climatisation non réglable: le standard me dit que je devrais être content car normalement (la norme selon) s’est un réglage a 26 degrés! Il est là volontairement bloqué à 21 avec une temporisation ce qui fait que la climatisation s’arrête automatiquement au bout de 30mn. Du coup j’ai été obligé de me lever plus de 6 fois dans la nuit pour la remettre en marche… incroyable! - Demande via booking de ne pas mettre de couette, et de me laisser seulement la housse de couette: non fait à mon arrivée et refus de corriger cet oubli. - Payer taxe de séjour avant - Pas de possibilité payer tout au départ - Accueil et politesse exécrable, aucune considération client - facture non réglementaire et manuscrite - critique de sa direction devant la clientele Il s’agit de ma plus mauvaise expérience hôtelière sur La Rochelle sachant que j’y suis une semaine sur deux. Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

Beautiful hotel and town full of majestic architecture and history.

Clean and comfortable rooms, overviewing the Atlantic Ocean. Picturesque views of the bay and quay. Nice walk to the town centre through park zone along the coastline. Friendly and helpful staff. Coffee, sandwiches and yoghurts were served downstairs in the kitchen. Thanks!!!

Ideal location on seafront

would have preferred :walk in shower not shower over bath and more toiletries supplied tea / coffee making facilities in room or coffee machine in reception 24 hr reception

Good location, short walk into main centre of town. Great views from the room which all face the beach. Friendly staff. Underground parking for the bike. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast choices. There is a gym but we'd have preferred a bar!

No bar or restaurant on site but we knew that when booking, so had a pleasant walk to the main town with lots of eateries. Probably did us good to walk for beer!

Rooms in need of update.. no tea/coffee facilities in room. Breakfast self service and limited choice for price. Found it expensive compared to others we use but guess it was post Christmas

The room was clean and of a nice size, breakfast was simple but with good quality products and the secured car park was a big plus. Hotel facing the sea!

The room was very clean and of a good size. As we were travelling with a small dog the door opening directly to the outside was particularly useful.

Just one suggestion as there was a door opening directly on to a grassed area a mat inside or outside the room would have saved mud treading in.

The location is just great, you wake and see the ocean right away. A bit too far from the center though. On a bus it's 15 minutes, but without one it's 4 km of walk.

The breakfast is too expensive, not worth the price.

Rooms are pretty nice and clean with all facilities, the view of rooms is beautiful.

The pool was closed, staff werent professional enough, but they were pretty kind. Breakfast wasn't really great, but it was ok and i think it was a bit expensive. Hotel is far from the city center, and the transportation system is not good enough, so going to the city might be a problem. Although, the view is great but the neighborhood is not a good one.
