Relax and enjoy the waterfront view of Tampa's only all-waterfront suite resort. This condo is situated for family and business travelers in mind. Perfect location just minutes from Tampa International Airport, Westshore business district, Clearwater & St. Pete beaches. This unique property offers amazing sunset views with great amenities, waterfront relaxation - This is nothing like your typical hotel. This is your peaceful getaway vacation unlike any other.

In this suite you will find a mounted wine bar that includes an LED mood lighting with remote control to change to your color preference. This unit was remodeled and updated with modern decor. It includes wifi, cable, a queen size bed with memory form mattress, and a sofa bed with a full size gel memory form mattress. Bedding linens and pillows are kept in a secure clear bag to preserve cleanliness and sanitized. In addition to cable TV channels we added 4K Fire stick to both TVs (in the living room and the bedroom) all you have to do is log into your Amazon account and you will then see the Netflix app. We also thought that it would be great to provide you with a personal assistant during your stay, you will meet Alexa in the living room. You can ask Alexa for the weather, to play music for you, order pizza, or ask how’s the traffic to the airport and much more.

The door features a smart lock that alerts you when the door is closed. Your personal code will be issued just prior to your arrival and will allow you to check in at your convenience. Please read the house rules prior to booking.

Everything was as expected and we had a great time. Every amenity we could want or need was provided and available. The only complaint would be the couch, not the pull out bed portion of the couch for we didn't try that out or had a need for it, but the couch itself. It was VERY uncomfortable to sit on. Other than the couch being in bad shape, I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean condo located perfectly between St Pete and Clearwater beaches. Overlooking Tampa Bay where we saw seals frolicking! It does overlook the pool so you will see and hear that but with the sliders closed you don’t hear anything. Felt safe in the gated community and under cover parking was really convenient.

Enjoyed a couple of days away by the bay. The unit was comfortable. Didn't take the time to figure out the thermostat so a couple of stuffy nights sleeping, but that's on me not reaching out with questions. Nice view of the bay and it was just what I was looking for... relaxation. Easy in and easy out. Good restaurants within walking distance. Only issue there was no sidewalks in the area. Recommend this spot for young and old. Poolside bar would've been an exciting touch if I chose to utilize it. Really a trip about relaxing and connecting at a different level. Mission accomplished.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The balcony view was breathtaking. Joann quickly responded to all communication , there was a mishap with our reservations but she quickly corrected it.The pictures online are “correct” of the facility but on a much smaller scale. The pool was very small and was packed over capacity of 25 every day. We did not get to enjoy the pool. The pool bar and grill was amazing as well as the bartenders. You have to drive to the beach and the pictures of the sunset and fire pit is on the waterfront with a wall barrier, only one swing and one firepit, not accessible at all in the area of the beach. It wasn’t what we had envisioned for our 21 year anniversary. But in all, it was a nice stay. We just will be aware and be sure ask detailed questions in the future

This was my first experience using VRBO. After making my reservation, the host responded to my many ques prior to arrival. We stayed from Sat-Sat. We were a family of 3 adults. The property is easy to find, close to the airport, located in a convenient location, and has a view of the ocean. The parking was located under the bldg. The pool had a nice small restaurant/bar. I received instructions on how to access the building and rm. The security guard could not locate our reservation but allowed us to enter. I went to the office & the clerk advised where our rm was, gave us a parking pass, & clarified if we needed anything to contact the host. The room was clean but there were several issues. The ice-maker in the refrigerator did not work & clicked whether the arm was on/off. The ice tray in the freezer had a few holes in it & leaked. The sliding glass door did not lock. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, however, the sleeper couch mattress was extremely uncomfortable for an adult. The listing for it-gel memory foam mattress. The remotes in the bedroom needed new batteries. A key card was needed to enter the property by car. We had to contact the security guard to obtain a card the next day because it was not given to us when we arrived. It took several attempts to get more toilet paper and wash clothes. I attempted to get more towels and was told on Thurs more than enough were left in the room. I was told if I needed clean towels, I could wash them in the laundry room.

2nd time here and again a pleasure. Clean and great amenities with the pool, snack and drinks bar, friendly and helpful staff and for the most part quiet. Only disappointment was that previous guests smoked in the unit and it left a lingering odor. We highly recommend this host and property!

Convenient location for Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater. Beach bar by pool was fun and close by. Sunsets visible from outdoor by pool - from balcony in spring onward. Towels provided but it’s up to guest to launder or reuse.

They can do better with shower cleaning, found hairs of previous renters on shower wall. Too many young kids running up and down the hall at night. Pot smokers in hallway driving smoke smell into the unit. Coffee maker had mold in it so we did not make coffee had to buy 4 cups every single morning came out pretty expensive, needs deep cleaning or a new one. Bed was very comfortable, showerhead was great. View was nice.

Couldn’t get into our apartment until 8 PM. It had to be cleaned from the last tenant No tables in the living room nobody knew how to work the TV it took us three days to figure it out Too small for any extended stay

The area was a beautiful spot to see the bay. The owner allowed us to check in at 3:30 when we arrived and was great at responding. However, the bed sheets had hair and a couple blood looking stains on them. They had two coffee machines, one for loose coffee and a k-cup. We had brought K-cups and that machine did not work. The bathroom sink was clogged and my husband was able to fix it. The cleaners (I assume) had left an air freshener upside down so it had a very strong unpleasant smell when we arrived. Overall, it served its purpose however we were disappointed with the cleanliness and functionality. It was close to the airport and stadium which was nice. I wish I could submit some photos but not sure how.

The property was perfect for what we needed. The on-site restaurant had a nice variety of food and everything we had there was great! The small sandy spot with adirondacks provided a nice place to kill an afternoon watching for dolphins and the fire pit was was a perfect way to end the evening. Will definitely be back!

This property had so many families and groups with children that we were never able to even go and enjoy the pool or the outside areas. Our balcony overlooked the water which was why we booked it, but it was so loud that we couldn’t even leave our door open. The groups were rude and disrespectful. The condo itself is nice enough but our stay was anything but relaxing.

We came to Tampa to celebrate our anniversary and Joanne had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. She is was very fast at responding to our questions. It was very neat and clean!! The view is AWESOME!!! We will definitely stay again!!!!!!!!!!

Good location with a great view! The condo was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The reason for the 4 star review, as opposed to 5, was the couch in the living room needs to be replaced as it has seen better days and was no longer comfortable for sitting. The chairs were more decorative than functional.

We had a great time at Joanna’s condo. The condo and the complex are very clean. The pool was great. The views over Tampa Bay are beautiful especially the sunset. Although we didn’t contact Joanna during our stay, but the icemaker did not work so we bought our own ice at the office. Also, the sliding door in the shower was not attached to the rubber part at the bottom so that needs some fixing. But it was fine for us. Missing a lightbulb and one of the sockets in the bathroom. But other than that. We had a great day and thank you so much for the bottle of red wine to welcome us. That was a really nice touch. We stopped off at Publix and bought some groceries and all was good.

The property was overlooking the water with the most beautiful view. 20-30 minute drive to big attractions like Tropicana Stadium but there was plenty of restaurants really close by. The room was spotless and check in was a breeze!

Stayed for the weekend, arrived late, aside from unprofessional and unprepared security guard to allow us in, place was great. All amenities were accurate, plus the view and location of the condo were perfect. Highly recommended and we will return. Picture perfect sunsets. Thanks!
