About this house rental
With stunning lake and mountain views, this new construction mountain contemporary townhome is located on the Jordanelle side of Deer Valley and offers easy access to Deer Valley's Jordanelle Gondola, is perfectly positioned for summer lake activities, and is only a 7 minute drive into historic downtown Park City!
Whether you wish to ski at Park City Mountain Resort or the Canyons, which are roughly a 10 minute drive from the property, or love to ski Deer Valley with gondola only 3 minutes away, this new hot spot known as the Mayflower Lakeside location offers the privacy of private townhome living in 3500 square feet built for family entertainment.
The main level of Mayflower 66 offers stunning views from the spacious deck and grill area. With large picturesque windows, bright natural light and vaulted ceiling living space, the family area is spacious and cozy with light organic textiles. It boasts a large comfy sectional sofa and swivel chairs, a natural wood dining table with tons of seating for any meal, and of course the convenience of bar stools for casual kitchen island eating. Modern railings and luxury Viking appliances are additions to the architectural elements enhancing the property and a stacked stone floor to ceiling fireplace which make for an inviting experience in this new neighborhood.
With multiple levels of family entertaining space, the lower level offers equal appeal, with a pool table, luxury wet bar with Viking wine fridge, a gaming/card table, a large sectional, and a cozy fireplace. The lower level offers walk out access to the property's private hot tub as well as tall ceilings and a bedroom suite.
There is a King master on the main level with spacious ensuite bath and gorgeous new technology shower. Upstairs there are several bedrooms and a bunk room offering Twin over Twin bunk set and then a Twin over Queen bunk set and one Twin trundle. A bedroom with two Queen beds shares a Jack-n-Jill ensuite bathroom and a suite with a King bed rounds out the bedrooms on the upstairs level. The lowest level offers an addition King suite with ensuite Jack-n-Jill bathroom that leads out to the living area.
It is notable that each bedroom offers a desk space and chair for remote work as may be necessary for guests who love to travel but still need space and privacy for occasional work.
The hot tub is brand new and offers beautiful views of the lake and mountains behind. The property's garage is spacious and offers ski storage area and room for two mid-sized SUVs.
Mayflower Lakeside 66 is perfectly positioned for year round adventure; skiing at all three resorts, hiking and biking year round, or boating and fishing at nearby Jordanelle reservoir. Whatever your interests, the Mayflower area offers ease of access to all Park City and Deer Valley have to offer.

This property was amazing. Extremely spacious, seemed brand new and in a great location. Would recommend staying there!

We had a great stay in park city! The place was beautiful and large. Check in was very easy and we especially enjoyed the hot tub.

We were a family of 12 that vacationed very comfortably in this house. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans better than any house we’ve ever rented. An electric griddle would have been nice, but that’s me being very picky. The hot tub was used every night. We all enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again.

We especially enjoyed our stay at Mayflower. The place is very comfortable and a fantastic location for our outings around Park City. We found the management company to be easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. We plan to return and would absolutely rent this unit again!

Our family had a great time at this wonderful home. Nice family room with plenty of space for all. Beds were very comfortable and everyone had a ton of private space. Very close to Park City. We plan to come back for ski season!

The first half was terrible, the second half was good. Biggest takeaway - it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of this property manager when there's a problem.
We arrived (in July) and the upstairs A/C and the hot tub were both broken. The upstairs A/C unit was consistently 80-83 degrees!! 3/5 bedrooms are upstairs, and we had 3 babies with us. Nobody was sleeping, we had to go buy fans to make it liveable. We went through our first 2 nights without any A/C because we couldn't reach anybody to help.
We tried calling the number we were given for the property manager, which went to a "24/7 customer service line" (who didn't answer then called us back at 5am the next day), transferred us to a triage line, who transferred us over and over - 8 times. We were told the actual property manager would be calling us back (which did not happen). My husband spent HOURS on the phone during our vacation trying to get help.
On our 3rd day being here they finally said that they were sending someone to look at it. Somebody walked himself in thru the garage, looked at the thermostat, said "yep something's wrong" and then left. We heard nothing else and got no updates until the next day when somebody actually came by to fix it.
The hot tub (65 degrees) error code said it'd been there for 274 days. They sent someone to fix it halfway through our stay. Everything after this was great, but the first half really spoiled it. They offered no compensation for the horrible first half of our stay.

My friends and I rented this home for our yearly ski trip. The house was amazing. It was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ever need for cooking. One of our favorite parts was the hot tub. Nothing beats a hot tub and a beer after a long day of riding. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay near Park City as the drive to the mountain was only about 10 minutes. We hope to come back!

Our group of 12 women loved this home. It was gorgeous, clean, and so spacious. Even with a large group there were enough bathrooms, seating, closet space etc for us to not feel cramped. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. There are thoughtful touches throughout the home, like a big basket of cozy blankets in the living room. The kitchen was so well appointed, leaving us with everything we needed to cook full meals which is so nice since some rental properties come with almost nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and even used the sleds provided in the garage in the backyard, which was a blast! We were concerned about booking because we thought we'd have trouble getting Ubers, which was not the case. From the house to Main Street is less than a 15 minute ride. Additionally, I had spoken to the Mountain West team a handful of times before we arrived and they were always so helpful with their recommendations. We've already discussed making this an annual trip and returning back to this property!

This property was perfect for our family Memorial weekend get away! Spacious and very clean. Very well stocked and fun things available for everyone to do.

We had a group of friends stay here for a bachelorette / ski weekend and it was PHENOMENAL! There is a lot of “hang out” space so all 15 of us we were able to eat together and the downstairs had so much space as well.
The hot tub was great and easy to use and an added bonus after skiing!
The bedrooms were great and comfortable. However, the bunk room DOES NOT FIT ADULTS! The bunks are very low and are made really only for children. We had to move one of the mattresses to a different room. Also, the bunk room shares a bathroom with the 4 person room, which wasn’t clear by the listing.
The view from the house is great and the location is not bad given you’re 5-15 mins from ski slopes, while also getting tons of space! It is in a new development, so not particularly “quaint” but that wasn’t an issue for us!
The house was unbelievably well stocked. There were plenty of utensils, plates, etc along with cooking supplies (even had a crock pot!!).
Staying here made this weekend possible! It was perfect!!

We had a wonderful stay. Short and convenient driving distance to the Gondola. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Great place to hang out after a day of skiing.

The property was littered with scrap wood, nails, and other construction materials across the yard. It was dangerous. The place inside is nice but barely finished - we had door knobs that weren’t even connected.
Our group had an issue for which we were responsible and immediately informed the property manager and took responsibility. They then tried to pin other issues with the house on our group. They withheld our entire security deposit and initially never informed us. We had to reach out for an update. The place is nice and can fit a larger group - but steer clear of these greedy property managers who are out trying to get a quick buck on folks staying here.

This home is truly a home away from home! It was perfect for our party of 12. It has amazing details and the basement was a perfect hangout! The views are gorgeous all around with a peak of the reservoir as well from the deck. There is construction happening around the neighborhood but it didn't bother us any! Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Absolutely gorgeous property with a fantastic floor plan. It worked wonderfully for the kids to play while the adults cooked or conversed. Peaceful surroundings, can't say enough about how great it was to stay here! Oh - and the supplies in the kitchen were top-notch! There was something for every cooking purpose. Tons of dishes and utensils, bowls, bakeware, fancy serving dishes too. Crystal glasses in the downstairs kitchenette. Plenty of seating, lots of extra bedding. Just perfect.
