This charming, newly renovated and fully furnished beach house boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 upstairs, 2 down (sleeps 6), 2 full baths, and a sofa bed. There's a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of living space, and a large private deck overlooking Lake Erie.
RELAX: Our property features a large lakeside deck spanning the entire back of the house which offers panoramic breathtaking views of Lake Erie sunsets and sunrises. The deck is equipped with lounge chairs, patio set, and a BBQ. Feel free to enjoy the beach and amenities within walking distance at Point Pelee National Park by using our Complimentary Park Pass for the duration of your stay. In the evenings, why not enjoy a bonfire outside and roast some marshmallows or relax inside in our newly refurnished living room to watch some TV on our flatscreen. When it’s time to turn in for the night, enjoy a restful night on our brand new mattresses.
EAT: Our fantastic kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare your own meals to enjoy at our large dining room table. If you prefer not to cook, why not enjoy an evening out at one the many local restaurants just a short drive away? Or why not plan a day or evening to explore local breweries in Kingsville, or enjoy a wine tour or tasting at the vineyard in Colchester’s wine country (20+ local wineries with award winning wines & cuisine).

Wonderful getaway. The rental is very well equipped and in a good location. Loved sitting on the deck. The Host was wonderful and we loved the gift basket. Had a wonderful time and would recommend this rental.

The cottage looks small from the outside but it was quite roomy and perfect for our family of 7. The photos are very accurate. Our children really enjoyed the toy corner and we all loved sitting on the porch overlooking the water. The gift basket Jen left for us was also such a treat! We really felt spoiled with everything the host had provided and we would most definitely come back to this property again.

We spent a long weekend. Visited point pelee national park three times.
Enjoyed the fresh produce in the area and had a fantatic meal at O' Saracino in k8ngsville.

We had a lovely, but too brief visit to Point Pelee. The cottage was close to the park, so well equipped with all the big and small things one might need...nicely furnished and cared for. The host Jenn was generous, responsive and accommodating. We hope to visit again for a longer stay.

I visited Jennifers property with my sister and our parents, we had never been to this part of ON before, the property was exactly as listed and beyond our expectations. The view is 10/10. The cottage is very well stocked with everything you need. On Oct 27th it was so hot, my sister and dad even went for a swim! We will definately be back.

It was perfect. Mom expressed her firm wishes to have a family remembrance at Pte. Pelee National Park where she spent many happy childhood summers(1933-40). Family gathered from Michigan, Wisconsin and New Mexico for the weekend. It was a blustery, sunny weekend that didn't disappoint! Wonderful accommodations for all!

The location and accommodations were amazing. Enjoyed our first night on the deck watching the sunset. Came to see the Monarch migration, with the access pass and the 5 minute drive we spent most of the weekend at Point Pelee National Park. Even managed a visit prior to check out. The host covers everything you would need for your visit! Would highly recommend.

We adore this cottage! Clean and well cared-for with engaged and responsive owners who provide excellent communication. The only downside is there's no direct lake access and not much outdoor space for littles, but our group of adults and teens didn't mind as we went into Point Pelee National Park instead. We don't want this secret to get out as we truly can't wait to get back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage on the lake. The home was spotless, well appointed, comfortable, and obviously well-managed. The owner provided every conceivable item that renters need, including ample towels, linens, kitchen appliances & utensils, etc., not to mention special extras like condiments, spices, coffee and a very generous welcome basket filled with local goodies. We could not have been more pleased with the accommodation, and would recommend this house to anyone visiting the Leamington area.

Wonderful property only minutes away from Point Pelee National Park for our annual birdwatching trip. It was so lovely that we rebooked for next year only a few days into our stay. Very well appointed, beautiful views and equally wonderful communication with hosts. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed here for the long weekend and had a great time. The place was clean, spacious, modern and perfect for a mix of kids and adults. It was stocked with all the basics, comfortable beds, ample pillows and towels, etc. Close by to multiple beaches, just down the road from the provincial park and right on the water. The owner was responsive and helpful. Nothing but great things to say about our stay here!

We stayed at the property during one week (2 parents, and 16.5 yo twin girls). We had the most perfect week ever. Weather was amazing, lake temperature was perfect, and the cottage was exactly what we needed. Everyone had a cozy room to sleep in (comfy mattresses and excellent quality linens), and we liked having 2 full baths (plenty of great quality towels provided, including beach towels). Well-equipped kitchen, and A/C. We loved the deck (amazing sunsets, the sound of the waves, watching the birds, etc) and enjoyed the complimentary park access (not even a 2 minute drive).
Activities that we enjoyed around: karting, the national park (everyday), canoeing, a day-trip to Detroit, mini golf at the Tropical Gardens, the tip of Canada, Pelee Wings, restaurants, etc.
Jen was a great host. She thought of everything possible to make us feel perfectly at home. And her welcome basket prompted us to go visit Willow Tree Market as well as a few other local vendors/breweries and wineries.
Simply put: we had a perfect vacation week.

Of course the friends you spend your time with makes a stay any where special. That being said when it’s at an amazing place it makes it so much more. This was my second year and next year we’ll be planning another stay.

Wonderful spot to relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets around the fire pit, listen to the waves while taking in amazing Lake Erie views on the deck with your morning coffee, and a fantastic location to easily enjoy all the Pelee area has to offer. Bright and airy cottage, exactly as described with a clean, cozy, beachy vibe. Thoughtful welcome basket, and the addition of a park pass is an amazing value. The hosts really have thought of everything their guests might need to make for a stress-free stay. Above and beyond what we expected, we will definitely look forward to booking another stay next year!

Incredible!!!
This home was incredible!! All you need is clothes and food!! Jen thought of everything!! From the yummy Welcome Basket filled with local goodies all the way to detergent and softener for the washer and dryer. She even had reusable bags if you needed to go shopping!!! Waking up every morning to that incredible view and every night the sunsets were breath-taking!! The pass to Point Pelee Park was wonderful and we took advantage of it numerous times. The restaurants near by, especially Freddy's, served really good good.
Jen asked us not to use the neighbor's stairs down to the water. We wished we could have had access to the water on the property. That is the ONLY negative any of us could come up with about the property!!
One suggestion we have for people staying here is bring your own food. All the shopping centers in Leamington are a bit sketchy. Maybe it is because we are from the States but we were constantly harassed for money when we were in the parking lots. And you have to walk through huge groups of men just hanging out in front of the stores. Again this has nothing to do with the property. Just a suggestion to bring your own food so you dont have to deal with this.
My 20 year old was so impressed with our stay she said upon leaving, "how will we ever top this place next year?? We won't!! We will have to stay 2 weeks next year!!"

The cottage was a true lake retreat. We loved sitting on the deck or in the cottage listening to the waves. Wonderful welcome basket of local goodies were much appreciated. Jen was quick to answer any questions we had. We are home now, and already miss the serenity of the cottage and lake. Will return!

Honestly the best BnB I have ever stayed at.
The place was not much to see from the outside but stunning within. Very clean, modern, comfortable, and well furnished. Amazing space, both upstairs and the basement. The owners added so many nice, thoughtful, and caring touches - from the helpful instructions, to the small gifts.
Definitely will stay again. Really great location as it is close to Pelee, and the complimentary park pass was much appreciate. Much bang for the buck. Thanks again to Jen for letting us stay there! Top Notch!
