Welcome to the island living you have been dreaming of! Located on the 9th floor, This CORNER unit, direct ocean front, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium with 30 foot balcony will bring your saltwater heart all the joy and happiness you have been craving. A vacationer’s dream, this little abode provides for over 1200 sq ft of room to relax and unwind, and boasts oversized sliding glass doors in both living room AND in the extra-large master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. The views don’t stop there; The Dining room and living room in this piece of paradise continue to impress with large windows looking out onto the sandy beaches and the ocean, and the kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, has beautiful views of the intercoastal. The guest bedroom, complete with 1 twin size bunk bed, and 1 XL large twin over queen, also has a tv, closet, and dresser space. Need another bed? The large sectional sofa also pulls out into a queen sleeper fit with views for days in the living room. There are 3 televisions in our unit and wireless internet in this decorator’s delight. Washer and dryer inside the unit! This beautiful, private community is well kept, and clean and offers the guests access to a large heated swimming pool and hot tub, extra large beachfront sunbathing deck (with Tiki hut) for entertaining and grilling. The lobby and building entry, pool entry and tiki deck are completely secure via key fob. There is also an assigned parking spot located under a covered garage with ample guest parking at the complex along with extremely convenient public parking adjacent to the building on Gulf Blvd. This beach front location is ideal and sought after. Right across the street there are restaurants and small beach bars, a marina, community center with splash pad and fishing dock. Our unit is also just a 10 minute walk to World Famous John’s Pass (complete with shopping and experiences), 20 minutes to Downtown St Pete, 10 minute drive to St Pete Beach, 20 minutes to Clearwater Beach, and within 45 minutes to 2 International Airports. Secure your next gulf beach sunset for a minimum of 2 weeks with extended stays preferred!

This condo looks like it was decorated by a professional! It is very beautiful with a light and bright feel - very tastefully done. We loved all the great art books, the comfy furniture and the view of the sea. It was very clean and spacious. The internet worked very well. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything from glassware to crockpots, and all the equipment needed to prepare food. I did have to go buy a coffee maker as they only had a Keurig and an old rusty Mr. Coffee that was broken. Two things I wish I had known ahead - there were absolutely zero spices, condiments, oil etc. - not even salt or pepper. Since I had already stopped at grocery store on my way in, it required another trip to the store which is annoying when one is on vacation time. Second, I wish there had been a sign or something in the instructions notebook saying that there were a lot of beach chairs and beach equipment in the closet on the balcony. I sort of noticed the closet door on the balcony but thought it was storage for the owners like several other closets in the unit (a common occurrence in every VRBO I've ever rented). There was way too much patio furniture and most of it was pushed up in front of the door to the storage closet which looked like it was inaccessible. On our last day, after spending $80 on 2 beach chairs, we discovered the closet had a ton of them. Overall, we loved the condo and the beach, we enjoyed seeing the dolphins swim by in the mornings and the peace and quiet.

This was perfection! My friends and I were able to fly in to PIE, take a quick ride to the condo and felt so safe and secure beaching it every day! We had our groceries delivered and the condo had everything we needed. The owners have done an exceptional job outfitting the condo for guests! Grateful for the beach time away.

I stayed with my niece & her husband for 15 days. The views were so amazing, access to the beach was easy, condo is gorgeous. Very convenient to nearby restaurants, shopping, activities & other beaches to explore. A few little things I let owner know of that needed fixing, but nothing major at all. More supplies could have been provided, like laundry soap, dishwasher pods, bar soap, etc. Little things that would have been more convenient as we couldn't pack a lot for flights. For the price we thought more of these items to keep up a clean condo could have been provided. Over all, a very lovely place, comfy beds, great TV for watching playing off football games. I'd stay again, definitely.

Great location. Excellent amenities. Beautiful view. Would LOVE to come back again. All 6 of us enjoyed the condo, the beach, the pool and especially the huge balcony. Tons of restaurants and bars nearby but our favorite thing was just spending time together in the condo. Thanks

Had an awesome stay at this property directly on Madeira Beach. Everything was just as the pictures reflected and the hosts were super responsive to any questions. Sunsets were amazing and we saw dolphins several times from the balcony. Truly an amazing time and we look forward to our next stay in this unit.

We loved this property. The access to pool, beach and nightlife across the street was perfect for everyone. Our favorite part by far was sitting on the 30ft long balcony each evening listening to the waves crash along the sandy shore. This corner/end unit was full of great natural light and we could see miles down the beach.

We recently had the pleasure of spending 3 weeks in Katie’s lovely condo. She has gone to great lengths to make sure it is welcoming and very comfortable. We were impressed the moment we walked in. It has a very tasteful beachy decor and has the most comfortable furniture and bedding. The kitchen is very well stocked and the bathrooms are supplied with the most luxurious towels. We spent most of our time in the condo out on the very spacious balcony with the most amazing water and beach view. Katie is very accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with. We highly recommend her and her condo and we hope to return there in the future.

Really enjoyed the condo and ammenities. Chairs, umbrella, and towels provided for the beach. Nice end unit with views of ocean and inter coastal. Owner provided a nice basket of snacks that was waiting on our arrival. Condo complex has a nice place to grill.
