The house is nice, there were 13 of us, sleeping & bathroom situation was great. The living/kitchen area was alittle small for us all to hang out together, not enough seating. But we had a great time as alot of the time the kids were enjoying the downstairs & upstairs game rooms. Thanks Sean and Ashley for a great home for our family

The cabin was wonderful and well kept. We loved that it was in a quite wooded area with a wonderful view. Even though it felt remote we were able to reach the park and surrounding
towns in a reasonable amount of time.
Sean and Ashley were great! I really cannot thank them enough for all of their help during this trip.

Love the house and the owner is great
We loved our stay here. It was a big group of family and friends. The house and location of the house is great. Not to far from anything but far enough away to get away from everything. We stayed 7 days. Two of those days we never left the house. The house was clean. The only 2 issues we had were. We ran out of propane on the grill. I sent the owner a message and the next morning we had a full bottle for the grill. The other was not really a issue. We had a 4 different woman cooking in a kitchen that wasn’t there’s. I heard I don’t have bowls to put food in and they didn’t like the cookware. All I got out of that was the next time I rent this house and I will is to bring my wife’s pots and pans and get some aluminum food containers from the store. The house is amazing and you couldn’t ask for a better owner.

The cabin was great.
We loved everything about the cabin and the location. The only issue we had is when we arrived the floors had not been swept or mopped. We would have swept it but there was not a broom anywhere.

Cabin with views
We enjoyed our stay at Mt Iris. Views were great and the area was convenient to many things. The kitchen could be a little more stocked with some basics but we made do. We cooked often for 5 kids and 4 adults. There is new construction around the cabin which isn’t a major deal just something to note as it increased vehicles and people on the narrow winding roads to and around the cabin. Plus loads a debris scattered around from workers. Overall it was a great stay. Beds aren’t amazing, they squeak at every move! Especially the upstairs queen. We’d likely stay again!

Peaceful getaway ✨️
Our 1st time in mountains hiking was very pleasurable especially staying in this beautiful cabin. Kitchen was well stocked to cook up any dinners. Place was very clean and basic amenities were provided. Boys enjoyed the loft playing games (us adults too lol). My morning coffee ☕️ had an amazing view. Every room has its own bathroom very convenient. We have nothing but good things to say about this cabin. And the owners Sean and Ashley were great! Answered questions immediately... for example we had filled the garbage enclosure since there was alot of us lol and he had someone come out same day to empty it out. We came during spring break but I can only imagine what the views are once everything turns green 💚 if you are looking for a great peaceful getaway this is the place to be!

Secluded, Quiet, Cozy, and Beautiful!
We had a great time at this property! Perfect if you are looking for that Smoky Mountain getaway away from the town life. The house is equipped with all your needs. Everything is a bit of a drive from this cabin so be prepared for at least 25+ Minutes to get anywhere and we found out pizza won’t deliver because they don’t know where the cabin is 🤣 . A few hiccups at check in but the property manager Sean was great to work with and very quick to respond which was wonderful and appreciated! We would absolutely stay here again!

Fall family vacation 2021
The cabin was very nice and beautiful. Location was great. It did sleep 14 as it advertised but it was super tight!!! The kitchen and living room were super small though. The view was amazing. We would definitely stay here again though.

Perfect to enjoy the nature
We’ve had a wonderful stay at the cabin- the location is as pictured- plenty of space for our group of 12 with kids. We loved spending time at the porch overlooking the woods - wooden table with attached benches was our spot to eat breakfasts and dinners, as well as grilling. We did plenty of activities throughout the day - and most of them where around 30 minutes drive. Be ready to drive uphill for about 5 miles with plenty of turns- but it’s worth for the view you get. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, dishes and utensils. We would go back.

Family Trip 2021
Great trip - great location!
Easy and efficient communications with host…some minor needs addressed immediately. Our family of 14 (ages 2-72) thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views from the cabin and all ammenities. We have an annual trip to get together and this was another great choice.
Plenty of room to spread out inside and on the expansive deck. The game room and hot tub also were a hit. We grilled out one night and the huge picnic table and rocking chairs were perfect for our needs. The drive up the mountain to the cabin is beautiful (it does take your breath away the first few times with the winding climb) but so worth it! Encourage you to consider this property for a terrific vacation!
