Thanks for a fantastic stay at the Train Station Monument Beach - a great base for exploring the Cape and surrounding parts of the coast.

This was the perfect location for us! We absolutely loved this house. The ice cream shop right across the street is major bonus. Having the pickle ball/tennis court right out from was the best. We will be back!

We had a really fun time at this historic train depot apartment. Beautifully furnished and perfect for us for the week. Friday night we saw 5 trains go by, sat in the Adirondack chairs and were so excited! Really cool experience. Bakery across street, gas and convenience across street. Full kitchen with everything you'd need. Thank you Rose!

We enjoyed every minute we spent at this unique and historic property. The host was super responsive and the home was spacious and beautifully decorated. We would go back in a heartbeat!

This house had it all! Location! Views! Sunsets every night! Cape cod experience like no other! Was centrally located and walking distance to cute bakery for coffee and muffins each morning and the beach was just steps away. Tennis/paddle board also steps away. The decor in the home was just beautiful and the two bedrooms were on either side of the house allowing for privacy. We went to Cape Cod for my fathers funeral and my mother stayed in this house for the week with us. She couldn’t stop smiling all week. We had not seen her smile in 3 yrs since my fathers cancer diagnosis and subsequent death. Don’t let the train or the road scare you - there is virtually zero traffic at night and the train was just such a cool experience - only saw it once all week and was during daylight hours and lasted less than 10 minutes. We loved it! This house is also 1.4 miles from the cape cod canal trail which was so incredibly fun to walk. Highly recommend this vacation house to anyone looking for a cape cod experience like no other!

We stayed at the train station for a week and it was perfect. Monument beach was a lovely little area. The beach was never crowded. The ability to use the tennis courts was really nice. There is a good coffee shop and ice cream shop right across the street along with a convenience store for anything you might have forgotten. The kitchen was well stocked as well if you choose to stay in and cook. We would definitely stay agsin!

We grilled hot dogs on the porch, watched the ocean go through hundreds of color changes, and totally enjoyed the passing trains! We love it there.

Lovely property which was well appointed. It has everything you could possibly need while on vacation. In person it looks just as it does in the pictures. Very convenient location on Cape Cod. We loved walking next door to get ice cream or to the bakery across the street. The host checked in with us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

We live local but we were having a lot of guests staying here for graduation party at a local venue. We kept the party staying there at 5 people but gave different ones a night at this awesome place. Rose, you made this easy for me to communicate with you and we enjoyed your wonderful place very much. Highly recommended.

We LOVED our stay at the Train Station. Rose has thought of everything so staying in to cook works. The renovations are high end and amenities luxurious. The photos don’t show how spacious and special it is. Outdoor shower, grill, indoor shower, ice machine, out of sight refrigeration and comfortable bedding and furnishings, tennis rackets, dog towels. I could go on!

Train Station Rental
We loved our week at the converted train station. It was such a unique place to stay at the beach! The renovation was very tastefully done and it provided a super comfortable house to live in. It was a hot weather week and having central air was a plus. There are public tennis courts right there, which we used, and an ice cream store right across the street, which we frequented almost daily. The beach is Monument Beach.
We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!
One thing to note is that there are trains that still use the tracks which run right in front of the house. They don’t run often, we saw maybe four during our week there, none at night, and the whistles/ horns give plenty of notice, but if you have young children you would want to be aware of that. Overall, it was a great stay!

Train station
Overall the location is like being at a vacation getaway. Their is water but not really a beach but a nice front view. Very safe and quiet environment. Ice cream and cafe 3 min wait all’s away. Gas station right out front. A park, tennis and basketball court. The home is very spacious and I enjoy the shower. However the cleaninness was not up to par due to a lot of dust and spiders. The owners are very nice

Great Train Station Stay
We loved our stay! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the shower is AMAZING, the view is great, and the owners are lovely!!! The trains pass by several times a week but never late at night or early in the morning. It is actually charming to watch them pass by the window. We will absolutely be back!

Absolute perfection!
Huge dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a shower we wished we could take home with us. The view from the porch is gorgeous and the sunsets go on forever. We're already planning to come back later in the summer.
