About this house rental

Welcome to "The Place in Chattanooga!" This brand new Craftsman style home is located in North Shore Chattanooga, close to the river. Although you may never want to leave, a short 5 minute drive will have you at some of the best restaurants and activities Chattanooga has to offer. Beautifully decorated with a stylish modern flare that will leave you inspired, high vaulted ceilings welcome you to the main floor with steel railings above giving the home a cool industrial vibe. The stylish open concept kitchen, dining area and living room, is the perfect place to gather with family or friends to relax and unwind. Or, cruise upstairs and have fun playing foosball in the hip lounge area while enjoying movies on the 65” Smart TV or playing board-games. By the way all 3 bedrooms offer 55” smart TV's and plush memory foam mattresses for your comfort! “The Place in Chattanooga” is waiting for you! Layout of this home: This large home is three stories tall and has a 2 car garage! When entering the home there is a welcoming foyer with a convenient half bath, a place to hang your coats, and plenty of room to drop your bags. Take the stairs up to the main floor where you will find a bright and open main living area with a big couch that will seat the whole family. The large master bedroom is down the hall with a beautifully tiled shower and double vanity sink as well as plenty of closet space to utilize during your stay. Also on the main floor is another half bathroom and laundry room, and an enclosed outdoor patio for cool evenings to dine al fresco. On the third floor you’ll find two more bedrooms with queen beds, one with a full bathroom attached, and a spacious bonus area where two mustard colored couches can convert into twin sized beds. This property was professionally designed by Stacie Bond; Owner. Please note: The driveway to this home leading up the garage is very steep!! There is plenty of street parking available. A medium to large vehicle will not have a problem parking on the driveway but have caution going up it in a small vehicle. NO SMOKING - We have a no tolerance policy. No smoking anywhere on the property or in the home. NO PARTYING NO PETS ALLOWED Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel. It was a wonderful home, in a nice neighborhood. The driveway is very steep and hard to walk up. My only complaint is my son said that his bedding smelled like some man’s aftershave. So he didn’t know if the sheets had been changed. Otherwise it was a gorgeous home, I highly recommend it. I would stay there again. I give it a 10 out of 10.

The place was very clean and decorated nicely. The only drawback was there are a lot of steps to get into and out of the property. Nice location. Overall a wonderful experience!

This was a lovely place to stay. So so clean, well stocked kitchen and perfect for 8. You can tell that everyone is in tune to details. We will stay again. The only thing to make you aware of is that this is one of the many houses on a steep hill and so therefore many steps are in the house. If you are aging or have any issues with steps, inclines, height issues, this is not the house for you. BUT it’s perfect for all abled people and we loved it. 👍❤️

We stayed at this house with a few friends for a wedding. House is super clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to brunch and only a 5-8 minute drive from everything else we wanted to do in Chattanooga! Would for sure book again!

Our group of five adults, all rowers competing in the 2023 Head of the Hooch regatta, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the immaculate, well equipped, conveniently located "Place." The management's communications were rapid and helpful. The house is beautiful, with comfortable bedding and plenty of linens and bath towels. Just minutes from downtown and the riverfront. One small suggestion: you might add a larger, heavier skillet and a taller stack of dish towels (I'm the group cook!). Thanks for a lovely experience.

My sisters and I made a surprise visit to Chattanooga for our Dad’s 75th birthday. We were thrilled with our stay at your “home”. It was exactly as described-great location, wonderfully decorated, outfitted with everything one could need and perfectly neat and clean! Contacts from beginning to end were excellent! Finding a quick getaway with teens that everyone will enjoy can be a challenge but Chattanooga delivered and this rental made our trip even better. The location was quiet but we were just minutes from food and fun. Home is very well maintained and some of the most comfortable beds of anywhere we’ve stayed. We weren’t expecting the driveway to be as steep as it was but we had a lot of laughs going up and down it. We will definitely be back to Chattanooga and won’t hesitate to stay here again.

From the moment we arrived we were so impressed; beautifully decorated and very clean. Well stocked kitchen (may I suggest dishcloth and dish towels, colander, more wine glasses be included?) which made meal preparations easier. All beds and the twin sofa beds were incredibly comfortable! This quiet neighborhood is in a fantastic location for getting around town. We fell in love with Chattanooga and plan to return for another trip - and will book this property again without hesitation!

Our family of 7 enjoyed they stay. Overall, the property was accurate as listed. There are lots of stairs to get into the property. It does have an aptly described steep driveway. To get into the house, you walk up another flight of stairs for the main living area and master bedroom. If you’re looking to use the twin couches as beds, keep in mind that they are in an open loft area. You’d have to be a very heavy sleeper. We ended up purchasing a blow up mattress to use in one of the bedrooms so that we could close the door. We did walk to the Riverwalk, but I’d be wary with small children. The neighborhood was quiet and nestled away from the main road. This house was good for us for the three nights we stayed. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a drip coffee pot. We’d happily stay again.

This property is exactly as advertised in pictures and descriptions. Beautiful property built on a hill with a steep (short) driveway that was no problem for our midsize SUV. Beds were very comfortable, house was perfectly clean and well stocked. We were in town for a tennis tournament and there was plenty of space to spread out and rest. And when we were ready to go out, everything was within a quick 10-15 minute drive. Planning to be back for our next trip to Chattanooga!

We were very comfortable in the home; a few cleaning items were brought to the attention of the owner and remedied quickly. Cleaners showed up early Sunday morning as we were in the process of packing up the car to leave which delayed our departure by a few minutes. Otherwise we were satisfied and would definitely stay in the property again.

It was extremely clean, tons of space, close to downtown. It was a comfortable home. Lots of natural light in the home. We loved the art and unique decorations. My kids were very happy. Yes driveway steep. My husband didn’t have a problem with it and pulled up it. It bothered me a little and I got out and walked up the driveway. Parking on street is easy. 😂. We’d definitely stay here again.

We came for a short stay in Chattanooga to visit the Cumberland caverns. This property is beautiful. Seems new. Great job to who designed the interior. Spacious and clean. Kitchen has more than you need. The garage is very steep but beside that the house is in a great neighborhood, near tones of restaurants and cute little stores. Neighbors were friendly. We loved it! 5⭐️

Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood! Easy to anywhere downtown and Xways! Good local food, drugstore, etc. The home was obviously newer, with little evidence of extensive visitors. Beautiful decor, well equipped, separate spaces for our family of four. Downside: Within 24 hours we reported to the ‘manager’ our desire to have access to screened porch. Covered in cobwebs, spiders, dust/dirt. It was never cleaned! We had to wipe down microwave and fridge. Few dust bunnies and cobwebs on light fixtures. Info states driveway is steep. (Very!). We would probably recommend to others, but not for Seniors.

We loved this property! It was super clean and brand-new. Great location to downtown… Only five minutes to all of the activities. The only downside to the layout is if you plan for kiddos to sleep in the loft on the couch beds, you have to be ready to either go to bed or hang in the master bedroom. Other than that, we loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Very clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked and included hand soap and dish soap. In addition, there was plenty of extra toilet paper. The driveway is very steep but the garage is a very good size and fit 2 SUVs without a problem. So close to downtown and in a lovely neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!!
