About this house rental

Don't miss the opportunity to live OCEANFRONT in beautiful Blue Lagoon! This oceanfront townhome villa has been completely renovated and offers a 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Only the finest quality materials were used to convert this townhome into a modern showroom. Designed with rich walnut colored wood flooring throughout, a suspended staircase with stainless railings connects all three levels of living space. The living room floor to ceiling windows open to breathtaking views of the surf and Catalina Island sunsets. A Venetian textured wall compliments the tiled fireplace and polished black granite shelf running the length of the living room. The kitchen has granite counters, Viking, Miele and Sub Zero appliances including wine cooler, walnut cabinets with frosted glass panel doors with interior lighting. The master and guest bedrooms have white custom-built cabinets. Stone counter tops, tiled showers and heated floors accent the luxurious baths. Master bath has steam shower and heated towel racks. The guest bath has a shower and separate tub. Custom window coverings throughout, including automated shades in living room and storm shutters on first and second level. Sonos sound system throughout. The Blue Lagoon amenities include two community pools heated year-round including one with outdoor kitchen, a private tennis court and of course beautiful Victoria Beach!! Resort-style living at it's finest!!! Best of all you can walk next door to the Montage!!
