The house is in a neighborhood. It was a quiet area. It is part of a duplex, but the space was exactly what we needed. The back yard and porch were wonderful. I drank my coffee out there every morning. Robyn was WONDERFUL. She responded quickly every time I had a question. It is a perfect place if you are looking for somewhere mainly to sleep, which is exactly what we were looking for. During the day we were out and about. I would stay there again.

Took our oldest granddaughter and her boyfriend on vacation for her college graduation. We didn’t want to stay in a hotel and we’re on a budget. Robyn’s Nest is not the Hilton but it was clean and Robyn was absolutely wonderful to work with. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again 🌹

It was enjoyable. Conveniently located and close to the colosseum where we had the ceremony. The only thing that could be improved is the AC unit for upstairs. The downstairs are just fine.

The house was very clean. It was big enough for us to spread out and relax. There were plenty of towels and dishes. We enjoyed our stay.

Robyn's nest was very quiet and peaceful not very far off the beaten path. Charleston really just wasn't the place for us. Very expensive 85.00 just to park for the day.

The homes was very clean and perfecr for our stay. My daughter had a softball tournament at the shipyard park - about 30-40min drive.. However this home was affordable and very good for the stay we needed. We did not want to pay outrages hotel prices due to majority of our trip would be spent on a softball field. The owner responded very well and in timely manners when asked questions and providing check in information. If my daughter has anothee tournament or we would like to explore the area I would definitely chose this condo again!

We enjoyed our stay at Robyns Nest. The check in process was great! The place was clean. Very impressed with the stocked kitchen. There were snacks waiting on the table if we needed them. We didn't go outside on the patio, but it did look like a nice area to enjoy. Appreciated having the book with check out procedure and list of places to explore and restaurants to enjoy.

Our stay in Charleston, South Carolina, from July 5th to July 9th was a memorable one. We had the pleasure of staying at Robyn’s Nest in North Charleston. This choice provided us a taste of the local life while allowing us to relax in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown and various tourist attractions, which was a major plus for us. We appreciated the strategic location that allowed us to have both a tranquil place to rest and a quick route to the city’s bustling life.
In terms of accommodations, Robyn’s Nest offered comfort and excellent service, making our stay feel like a home away from home.
We’re looking forward to visiting Charleston again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing yet exciting vacation.

This condo got great reviews. Our stay was the total opposite. As soon as we walked in the smell of cigarettes was nasty. The interior doors were grimy and needed cleaning.
The upstair bedrooms were hot, despite our doing what Robyn suggested .... keep the bedroom doors closed to keep the cool air in there.
The beds were so uncomfortable. The sleeper sofa was no even do-able as a bed. It served better as a twin bed when the sofa was not folded out.
A little after midnight, I saw the living room window filled with flashing blue lights. I was still awake. There were no sirens, so this was a silent approach. There were 3 police cars with their lights flashing. Two men were running up the road with cops running after them. The police cars did u-turns and went after them. There was no ambulance, as Robyn's neighbors told her. This was not a medical situation. This was purely police related.
We were a group of three women. We were frightened. We left the next morning.

Robyn was an excellent host! She was great with communication throughout the whole experience. The house was clean and was the same as the pictures list. It was a great little town house for my friends and I. Comfortably fitted 3 people, and could definitely comfortably fit 4-5 people. Overall had a good stay!

The bedrooms are in the second floor. I did not realize this. Otherwise this place was okay. Could use a new carpet upstairs and a little better curb appeal.

My sister and I stayed at Robyn's Nest for a short weekend trip to Charleston for a concert. The check-in process started off a bit rocky when the door code wouldn't work but all it took was a message to Robyn and she rest them. We didn't have any other issues with the property and enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for morning coffee. I would absolutely stay here again! Great restaurants in the area too! We went to Neighborhood Tap House and Rise and Shine for breakfast twice!

My family & I are looking to potentially relocate to Charleston. Robyn's place was perfect as a central location for us. The property is in North Charleston. My family had no issues with the area & Robyn's neighbors are lovely. The townhouse is older, but it looks like Robyn is making updates. The kitchen had all new appliances. It was great to have a washer and dryer while traveling with kids. Robyn is a great host and communicates very well. She makes sure that the house is stocked with all the essentials and even had some snacks for us. We would definitely stay at Robyn's again.

Robyn was typically very quick at responding if we had any questions or needed anything. We had everything we needed for a successful and fun short vacation.
Gas stations/ restaurants/ Walmart/ grocery stores aren’t very far from here which was super convenient. We enjoyed seeing the airport right down the road also because in Asheville where we are from we don’t see the planes that close and on the ground right in front of us, so that was a cool experience. We came down to visit folly beach and our commute to and from Robyn’s Nest wasn’t too bad. It took us about 30-40 minutes to get to folly beach which was expected. We stopped by a place called “Treasure Island” for our souvenirs and if you’re visiting folly beach, we would recommend parking at 4th street so you can have the shower for after you get all sandy on the beach! We had a pretty successful and enjoyable trip and are overall very pleased with our stay at Robyn’s Nest. The neighbors we’re very friendly, which also made our stay feel welcoming/ warming. Thank you again, Robyn!

Awesome property for our family of 6!
Super cute townhouse. Very clean. We could save money by cooking and packing picnics while we toured around the Charleston area. Robyn was super responsive to questions about the area and asked if we needed anything frequently. I mentioned that we couldn't find beach towels and ice cube trays at Target and by the time we got back, she had dropped them off. Highly recommend as a nice affordable place to stay with great customer service.

Close to everything!
Townhouse is located near or within 15 minutes of what we were doing. Robyn was always available to answer my silly questions. The neighbor was very friendly too.

cost efficient stay
My guest and I took a risk on this property because it had no reviews so we got a discount making it a reasonable stay for the price. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable but for a couple nights it was manageable. Robyn was good at communicating how to enter the property and made sure to make herself available as we had to adjust our schedule. There were signs posted in the neighborhood to not leave valuables in vehicles but we locked our door and had no issues.
