Sweet mini farm outside of Zion where our kids and pups could explore and visit with the animals. Perfect for our family of 5 with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I always prefer to stay at places with a washer and dryer because kids and dogs😜 but it was the beginning of our 2-week trip so it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

For us this was all about the views and proximity to Zion. The property and view outback was beautiful and felt very peaceful. It was a 25-30 minute drive to Zion visitor center but it was a beautiful drive and easy coming into the park from that direction. We had a great time and would stay again

Overall, we enjoyed our visit. Our daughter loved the chickens and being able to gather eggs that were freshly laid as we were out with the chickens. We were able to have our dogs with us, however we did need to keep them on leash when outside as the yard is not completely fenced in. The proximity to a main road/highway between LaVerkin and Toquerville made the stay a little noisier than we would have anticipated for a farm, but it was quieter than our house. Loved hearing the neighbors' goats and the chickens clucking for a change of pace. We tend to utilize the kitchens at VRBO's for most meals. We found the size to be bigger than what is pictured due to a large cabinet and counter not pictured across from the fridge. Small items like a 9x13 baking dish, foil, or cling wrap would have helped with some of the items we brought to fix. There is a grocery store very close though, so we were able to grab last minute items very quickly. This is a shared home, as stated in the description, the lower half of the property has someone else living there, although during our stay they were only there the first night. They park and enter in a different part of the house than guests. It is a good sized lot with much of it being the pasture and chicken area. There are neighbors on both sides, decent distance but definitely neighbors. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Very nice home
We enjoyed our stay at the home. It was very clean, spacious. We enjoyed feeding the chickens and birdwatching from the yard and balcony.
The yard is not fully fenced (in case your dogs are runners-like ours!).

Convenient location, cute home, fun experience
We enjoyed our stay and were really happy with the location of this property. Everything we wanted to see and do was within 40 minutes. A grocery and restaurants were less than 5 minutes away. The chickens were so fun to feed and the property was great with a swing set and nice yard. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Views
We loved our stay! The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, nice decor, plenty of space and the view of the mountains was beautiful!! I sat with my coffee on the deck each morning. All that and you can go out and collect your own eggs from the chickens!! There is a spot just outside the door that has chicken food so you can feed them and they love it when you do! Just next door are some goats and horses to visit as well. We used this as home base to hike in Zion, which was an easy drive and would absolutely stay here again.
