About this campground/ rv resort rental

Welcome to the "Western" cabin located at Living Springs Resort campground in the woods with majestic tall pine trees only 15 mins from Lassen Volcanic National Park. It is a single wide 1 bedroom mobile decorated in Western style.
There's also a lake and a creek on the 17 acre property where you can relax in the natural and peaceful wooded setting.
**As per the resort rules, the responsible guest must be 21+ and provide a credit card and valid Govt issued photo ID at the time of check-in
This "Western" cabin is a single wide manufactured home with warm and cozy western style interior and decor. There is one bedroom with a log queen over queen bunk bed. There is a full bath with a tub/shower and all toiletries are provided and the full size kitchen equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blender and a toaster.
There is a pullout couch in the living room where can sleep 2 more people. With two queen beds and a couch, this cabin sleeps up to 6 people. There is a TV in the living room, but no cable. There is also a DVD player with about 20 random movies.
Please help us keep the cost of cleaning low by keeping the place clean as possible. Do not leave garbage around, please put the trash in a trash bag/can.
We kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels near the entry door upon leaving. It helps us get through the cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
PET OWNERS: Pets are welcome and the pet fee is $50 per stay. There are no breed restrictions, but your dogs must be on a leash at all times. Max 3 pets allowed.

The motel looked like it had been renovated at some time or another but it didn’t look like they were keeping up with maintenance and the room could have definitely been cleaner.
The electric vehicle charging stations that can be found in the motels’s parking lot had been blocked by a poorly educated inconsiderate.
