This newly remodeled, beautiful home is on the golf course in the heart of Saddlebrooke, Arizona, a beautifully designed 55 plus active adult community nestled at the base of the Santa Catalina mountains. Enjoy walking and bike paths, take in a round of golf, exercise at the lap pool and fitness center, or relax at the community pool, sauna, and hot tub. After a fun-filled day, kick back at home and enjoy breathtaking fairway and mountain views in a park-like setting while barbequing your favorite meal on the outdoor gas grill.
Inside, this home is all about fun and comfort as well. The spacious living areas, including a large den, offer a great place to unwind and take in spectacular views. When hunger strikes, head to the gourmet kitchen with plenty of counter space and incredible appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a built-in bar area. Turn on one of three Satellite TVs for a fun and relaxing evening at home or head out to the covered patio for nature-watching, Sonoran desert sunsets, and stargazing.
The home is centrally located and within walking distance of the resort-style clubhouse with a bar, restaurants, golf pro shop, fitness center, pickleball, and tennis courts, swimming pool, lap pool, hot tub, activity center, library, and more. With over 100 different clubs and groups, you’ll have plenty of activities to enjoy during your stay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: Video camera faces the walkway up to the front door entry area.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 55 years of age to book. Guests under 55 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
