POOL AND BEACH ACCESS ARE OPEN!! Step into the perfect beach vacation getaway at the brand new Aruba condominium community, just built in 2021. Located on the first floor with easy walk out access to the pool and beach, decorated tastefully and perfectly appointed with all of the cares of home. No elevator rides needed here, just walk right out to your beachside oasis! Owned as a family condo, the space is cared for as such and operated by the owners. During your stay, we are only a phone call away! Aruba includes all the amenities: seasonally heated pool with large pool deck, hot tub, fitness room and underground parking.

As soon as you walk in, you look straight out to the ocean. The Kitchen is brand new with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and all of the comforts of home including Keurig, blender, toaster and any kitchen amenity you could need! The eat-in kitchen offers a bar and open dining space with seating for eight. The living room has a smart TV, cable and queen pull out sofa bed with direct access to the pool deck through the sliding glass doors. No need for stairs or elevators, walk straight in and drop your bags and worries at the door!

The master bedroom is the ultimate oasis with a picture window with views of the Atlantic, smart TV, walk-in closet and private master bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity. The room has a spacious master closet.

The two guest rooms are perfectly suited for adult guests and children! Included is a children's pack and play and single size toddler foam mattress, sound machine and booster seat. A full bathroom includes a shower/bath combo. The second bathroom has access to one room and also to the main space.

The unit has all your needs for a day at the beach including an umbrella, chairs, beach toys and beach towels. And, the space has a full size washer/dryer for your use inside the unit. Some paper products are provided for you to get you started such as toilet paper, paper towels and tissues. We also leave behind any laundry or dishwasher soap that previous guests purchase so that may be available during your stay.

Take a short walk down to the pier, take in the sounds of the rolling waves from the pool deck or just relax in the perfectly appointed condo. We can't wait for you to see all that beach living can offer!

We absolutely LOVED staying here! The condo itself was so nice and cozy ! The only “issue” we had was a few of the staff were not so friendly at the end of our trip. Other than that it was great! We will be back!

We spent a week in Daytona Beach Shores. The condo was great. Everything was clean and neat. The “little” touches like shampoo/conditioner/bodywash in the bathrooms, a snack basket and water in the kitchen made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. Checkin was simple and Stephanie answered all questions quickly. The place is nicely decorated and furnished for 8 people to be comfortable. We will be back😀

Stefanie was super great and easy to work with. Ground floor condo was awesome and it had toys, games, beach chairs and other stuff for the beach. I would highly recommend!

Simply perfect! The view, location, utensils, accommodations and so much more! Had a surprise visit from my niece and family; all the children needed for a wonderful time at the beach was here. Our daughter and husband, cousin, plus good friends joined us at separate times during the week and they all loved it here! Outstanding communication with host, Stephanie!

This condo was amazing! First, the beds and pillows were excellent. The furniture was comfortable and set up to be very user friendly. The view of the ocean from the patio was perfect. The whole condo is set up to be guest friendly and has everything you need. Getting in and out with the key codes and not having to bring a physical key everywhere was great! Communication with Stefanie is so easy. She wants you to have a good time, relax and enjoy, so she has things set up to keep the stress levels down. This was my second time renting on of her units and I will seek hers out to book again!!

We had a diverse group that included a 3 year old, 4 20-somethings, my hubby and I plus our daughter-in-law's mom who has stage 4 cancer and uses a wheelchair. The home made it easy for everyone to have a great time & go to the beach. Parking was easy. We were close to great restaurants, Crabby Joe's on the pier became a fast favorite. The home had everything we needed and the host communicated well. We had an enjoyable week's stay!

This property is a rare jewel. I’ve never seen such a well-stocked kitchen. The accommodations were as advertised. There were always plenty of chairs by the pool. The views from first floor are spectacular. It is a 5+ Condo.

We could not have asked for a better experience at this property. the location was perfect !!! It easily fit our family of 8. We loved the condo. It’s was beautiful. Walking right out to the pool and the beach was a huge benefit. Communication with Stephanie was also excellent. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed! Super clean with everything you can imagine. Don’t bring towels, they have plenty! There were nine of us and plenty of beach towels to go around. No need to bring your own cooler, or wagon, literally they have it all! Even though it’s first floor, you still have a beautiful view of the ocean. Pool was very warm! Super convenient parking right out front of the condo. We didn’t even use the garage! CVS is right down the street, with plenty of beach shops in the area. Amazing, amazing, amazing. Condo is clean and is exactly as the photos appear. Perfect location for a beach getaway! Beach is right off the property, sand is soft and white. Owner was easy to get a hold of and checked in several times throughout our stay. Will plan to come again in the future.

Although the weather was much colder than we hoped our housing experience more than made up for it! To start, I mentioned to Stefanie that our family was gathering to celebrate my step-father's 80th birthday. Upon arrival, she arranged for a balloon and cupcakes! During our stay we soaked in the beautiful ocean views and sounds, comfortable amenities and refreshing outdoor hot tub! The condo itself was immaculate and well stocked with great attention to detail. Stefanie was quick to respond to all questions, concerns, etc. before and during our stay. It was an absolute pleasure working with her! Thanks for hosting our family!

We would come back to this property in a heart beat. We went off season and it was a quiet and relaxing spot right on the beach. The pool and hot tub were easily accessed out the back door and everything was so clean. Stefanie made sure to check in a couple times and responded to any questions i had quickly. Highly recommend!

Stephanie was very accommodating and had excellent communication. The condo is nicer than the pictures. Very roomy, very convenient to the beach and pool. Loved our stay immensely!! Definitely plan on staying again!! She has a lot of extras for the guests to enjoy like beach chairs, canopy, kids beach toys, games, beach towels, and a well stocked kitchen with spices, crock pot, dishwasher pods. And even laundry detergent. A good rental for sure!!!
