About this house rental

North Lake Tahoe house located in Kings Beach. Close to ski resorts in the winter and walk to the beach on the lake for the summer. Great working from home setup with monitor hook up in the back Ski Shed, desk and office chair. Fully equipped with internet, tvs, new beds and all the needs to make your stay feel like home. Alexa in the living room and Ski Shed to play your music and do all the things Alexa does. Dog friendly home with fully fenced yard and fenced deck.

The house was nice and clean and very welcoming! A very detailed notebook was provided to answer any questions. We appreciated many handy items like beach towels and even dog toys provided by the owners. The neighborhood was quiet and we slept great. Thank you for a comfortable stay at your lovely home!

This was a prime place to stay during the busy holiday weekend. It is perfectly situated near the main roads and made it convenient for exercising, getting to stores and the lake. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time in Tahoe. Thank you.

This is a clean, comfortable and spacious house that is centrally located near the lake, shops and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Kings Beach and were within easy driving distance of other activities, such as hiking and horseback riding. The house had everything we needed for our stay, and we enjoyed just hanging out there, having coffee on the back porch with the squirrels and birds, and letting our dogs enjoy the backyard. Note to other pet owners that we did see a bear passing through the neighborhood (which was super-cool), so just be aware that they're out there, at least in the summertime. A great family experience for my husband, teenager and me.

We appreciated the modern, clean house; good location and convenient distance to North Shore ski locations. The appliances were in working order, though the water and ice from the fridge would be nice. Gas fireplace helped keep us warm and cozy. My one suggestion is to stock up on a few more kitchen gadgets. There were a few basic things we were looking for while cooking that required some improvisation (little things, like a grater, measuring spoons, whisk, etc). Would definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed the home and the location. It had many nice touches and was comfortable. The owners thought of many things to make this a home away from home. It could have used more pillows and blankets for the beds since it was cold and running the heater at night was noisy. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay including with our pup.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The house itself is gorgeous and has lovely touches with everything that you could need for a comfortable stay. There was a fenced in backyard that our dogs loved. The common areas were airy, bright, and open, and we loved lounging in front of the fireplace! It was a quick 10-minute walk to the beach and so close to restaurants, grocery stores, and hiking. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great place to stay in North Tahoe!

We travel with our dog, and this property is very pet friendly, including a fenced back yard. We love North Lake Tahoe and Kings Beach. This property is surrounded by pine trees and is a short walk to town and the beach. We look forward to staying there again soon.

The house was like 6 blocks from the beach, which made it convenient for us to walk there anytime considering parking is always packed here and there. It also made it very easy to leave our cars behind and walk to Tahoe Ebikes store to rent e-bikes and go to Sand Harbor on a paved trail as well as to Tahoe City in a bike lane. The house was nice and had what we needed. But you will want to leave all windows open to help cool it up in the summer. And it was a blessing that we could bring our dog with us, which was the main reason why we picked this house to rent.

This was a trip with my teenage nieces. They really enjoyed the property and did not want to leave. The neighborhood is conveniently located and very quiet at night. I was concerned about the lack of AC but the house cooled down at night. A screen for the slider would have helped, though. We were very happy with our stay and would visit again. The house is very inviting and comfortable. Overall, no complaints at all!

Walk in and my husband said, this is the first place we've been that looks better than the pictures. The house was perfect for us and have never been to such a well stocked VRBO. It had more then we needed. Was a little further from the lake than we thought, but still walkable and actually better because the lake can be very active at night and this house is in a nice quiet spot. Highly recommended it.

My friends and I stayed here for a week with two dogs. The house had everything we needed for humans and pets. The back yard was the perfect space to hang outside. The location was great, being just a few blocks away from public beach access.

We were so impressed with our stay at Seatoski! The location is unbeatable - it is a short walk to town with restaurants, bars, a convenience store & the LAKE! This property had SO many items for use. The kitchen was completely stocked so we were able to cook many meals, and they even provided dog toys for our pups! The backyard was perfect for our two dogs to run around in the morning, and the porch was lovely for coffee and cocktails. We had someone work while we were there, and they had their very own private workplace with desk, second monitor, charger and workchair. It was the loveliest, most thoughtful vrbo experience. Stephanie made sure we were able to get into the property ok, and even told us when local events were happening. I cannot recommend this property enough - 10/10 all around! Thank you!

Sea-to-Ski was as advertised - it's a perfect place for the family to relax between lake and mountain activities. The yard provides plenty of space for a dog/kids to runaround at home, and everything in the house is turnkey/user-friendly for parents, from the kitchen appliances to the TV. We'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Such an amazing experience! The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The dogs toys was a special touch and dogs loved it. Having the fenced in backyard was definitely a bonus. The house is perfectly located. Just a short walk to the beach or to local food and shops! Highly recommend booking #SeaToSki!!!

My wife and I had a great stay here. Very clean and comfortable. Terrific location (an easy 5 minute walk to the Lake). Online listing is accurate, and property manager was very responsive to our messages throughout the whole booking process and during our stay. Highly recommend!

I can't begin to emphasize how great our stay was here. It's conveniently located next to so many recreational spots (beaches, ski resorts, North Star Villiage, Alpine Meadows) not to mention its proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. You can also tell how thoughtful the host is with everything provided in the house. Convenient towel hangers, kitchen utensils and cooking equipment, as well as a little working space outside of the dwelling unit. Every detail had been meticulously thought out and placed. Even things like shovels, car cleaning supplies, and board games are there for your convenience and entertainment. Even when I had questions, the host was incredibly responsive! 10/10 in every regard. Will 100% stay here again. Thank you!!

We loved staying at Stephanie’s house in Kings Beach! It’s close to everything in town and a great hub for everything North Lake Tahoe has to offer. Our friends and family loved the decor and our doggos enjoyed having the backyard. Stephanie is an amazing host and the house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend! We stayed at this cabin over New Years, and it didn't have any reviews at the time, but the stay exceeded our expectations. Stephanie was a great communicator, kept in touch with a small unexpected issue that came up when we arrived (resolved within 24 hours), and made sure we had a good stay. The house itself is so cute! Modern decor, fully stocked kitchen, not just the appliances, but coffee, condiments, drinks, even olive oil! Felt like we were staying at someone's home rather than a bare bones cabin. The bedrooms in the home are large, with king beds, and very comfortable. Plenty of room for a pack n play in the bedrooms if needed! The separate room in the back yard was perfect for our friend who stayed with us. We have small kids, 5 and 3, and they were able to navigate the stairs without issue. The house included snow shoes, shovels and extra blankets which helped too with this extra snowy stay. Great location too, we could walk to bars & restaurants in Kings Beach. The only suggestions for improvement are more detailed check out instructions and a hot water kettle for the kitchen. We will absolutely stay here again!
