This beautiful 8-bedroom home located in Whalehead has everything you'll need and a "Clear View"! Rest and relax by the private pool or take a quick stroll to the beach to splash in the ocean and catch some rays! Play Pickleball, a round of pool or volleyball, and grill out on the gas grill! Take in the starry night sky while soaking in the hot tub. Also, this home is a quick drive to Timbuck II Shopping Village and Monterey Plaza, both loaded with shops and amazing restaurants!
NEW FOR 2024!!! NEW expanded kitchen featuring new cabinets and larger granite countertops! A newly renovated electric fireplace and bathroom are also featured on the upper level.
Level 1: Upon entering the ground-level home with keyless entry, you'll find the rec area with a new pool table, new Roku TV, wet bar (with a full-sized fridge!), and access to the pool area. You'll also find a king master bedroom with Roku TV, a pyramid and bunk bedroom with Roku TV, and another bunk bedroom with Roku TV.
Level 2: On the next level, you'll find 2 king bedrooms with Roku TVs, one with deck access and another with a crib, and 2 queen bedrooms with Roku TVs and deck access. NEW for 2024!!! - All bathrooms on this level completely renovated!
Level 3: NEW FOR 2024!!! - Expanded kitchen featuring new cabinets and larger granite countertops! A newly renovated electric fireplace and bathroom are also featured on the upper level. This level also features a queen master bedroom with Roku TV, a great room with an oversized sectional sofa, 2 separate dining areas to seat 14, and a breakfast bar to seat another 5 people.
Amenities: Private pool (14x30), hot tub, basketball goal, new pickleball court (22X44), and volleyball court (balls and racquets not included), electric fireplace, WIFI, Linens and towels provided, non-smoking, pet-friendly, Roku TVs, high chair, crib, new pool table. For Pickleball please bring your own pickleball paddles and balls to enjoy fun family time right in your own backyard.

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time.
