This beautiful, quiet home is recently remodeled and a fully furnished one story condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the border of Centennial/Aurora/Parker, very near to DTC and Centennial Airport. Guests will enjoy a clean, modern, professional condo to relax while exploring the many Colorado attractions that are close by. Also, enjoy the many amenities that surround this property such as the Cherry Creek bike trail, as well as dinning and shopping within walking distance.
This one story condo provides you with all the comforts of a home away from home. Fully furnished home includes a kitchen with everything you need to host a dinner with friends or make breakfast in the morning, bathrooms stocked with soaps and shampoo along with towels for you to use. If there is anything missing - Just ask!
**THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. IF THERE IS SMOKING THERE WILL BE A $300.00 FEE AND A REMOVAL FROM THE PREMISES.

Very nice townhome. Close to a lot of things. Not quite as close to some of the activities that we had planned. But I would stay here again- my family and I had never been to Colorado before so this was a learning experience as far as locations.

Just finished a 5 night stay in this wonderful 2 bedroom condo. Plenty of room in the main living area, we actually ended up spending a lot of our time together with family here in the condo as it had plenty of space to share time together.
Even though it was just two of us, there is a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed (master has the king) and this unit could easily handle 4 people if needed! The kitchen is bigger than some kitchens we've seen in our kids' apartments thru the years! Plenty of space, well stocked, and lots of room for more than one person to help cook.
The smart TV has an easy to use 4k Fire Stick, loaded with just about any streaming app you may subscribe to...one little tidbit, just remember to sign out of anything you sign into..:) Wifi signal super strong as well!
We had an unusually warm hot streak during our stay, but the 2 window air conditioners more than adequately kept us cool during the day and night. And had it been winter or fall, we are pretty sure the gas fireplace and heating system would have been comfortable as well.
This condo is well maintained, clean, and at least for our visit, very quiet. Easy to access on the first floor, only 5 steps to go up from parking; and, it does happen to be right next to the pool, which, upon arrival we thought might be a noise concern, but that turned out to be unfounded. Will definitely book again for future trips! Don't hesitate, just book it! 5 plus stars!!

If I could give this a 10 star rating, I would!! It was perfect for me and my grandson!! It was super clean, we each had our own room and bathroom; there were an ample amount of towels, trash can liners, dish towels ~ even popcorn and coffee were supplied. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and they even had a standing fan (which I loved, personally, because I sleep better with air movement ☺️). It is in a convenient location ~ 30 min from Denver, an hour from Colorado Springs, and 2 hours from Estes Park ~ all the places we visited and were within an easy driving distance. Kristi was easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had quickly. I would highly (!) recommend this lodging!!! The price is right, too!!!! I couldn’t have asked for anything to be better!! Thank you so much, Kristi!!!!!

The owner was very prompt in responding to concerns. Very clean and in a great area for shopping and sightseeing to anywhere. Plenty of parking options. We will definitely use this property again if we return. Thank you.

Property was as advertised. Worked great for us. There were plenty of places to get anything we needed from dining to groceries. Best of all Kristi was super responsive to a couple of requests I had. I highly recommend.

Place was clean and well appointed with linens and kitchen supplies. The cherry creek trail is a short walk away and is a nice little escape.

Cozy, comfortable and well stocked. My neat freak husband found food on the floor in the kitchen and black hair on the floor in the bathroom and hallway but overall the condo was very clean. The neighbor upstairs decided to scrape the snow and ice off their balcony at 7:30 in the morning on a Saturday. That was annoying but certainly not anything the property manager can control. We did have an issue with the heat when we first got there but they were extraordinarily quick to respond. We would definitely rent again. Thank you for the accommodations!

Pros: Location is great many things near by and easy access to I25 or E470. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The host was responsive even though she was on vacation.
Cons: The condo/apartment is located on the first floor, the upstairs neighbors were very noisy. The fireplace didn’t work this was one of my considerations when booking given we stayed in the winter and at Christmas time. The apartment is freezing everywhere except the master bedroom which gets extremely hot if you’ve turned the heat up to heat the rest of the apartment. We needed to use on me of the extra pillows and there was blood on it.

There was a small hiccup in the beginning but it was quickly resolved. The unit was clean and adequately stocked. I think a couple more small tables in the master bedroom and bathroom would be useful. I also would have appreciated some body lotion, this is Colorado! All in all a very nice place that I would definitely choose again. Thanks

Our party 2 of 70+ couples enjoyed our time. We were there for a senior softball tournament and we’re able to access the sports complex easily. The condo is also very close to lots of restaurants and shopping centers.

We stayed in this property for 4 nights. The location is good next to grocery stores and other shopping centers. The apartment was well equipped and clean.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo while visiting Colorado! It's comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Everything looked exactly as it was pictured on the site. I especially liked the attention to detail that was put into making your stay just like home. There were comfortable linens, fluffy bath towels, a fully stocked kitchen-complete with plastic wrap, oatmeal, and microwave popcorn. It's a great location to be within driving distance of the airport and many other great attractions.

The condo was clean neat and had amble supplies. We had a little trouble locating the place due to an unexpected change in condo and connectivity issues with the internet. The management worked with us to resolve these issues.Very nice area close to multiple restaurants and stores.

Our original reservations was not available due to a leak. I was contacted prior to arrival, that we had been rebooked in a similar condo. The location was the same and the layout was almost identical.
The condo was clean and had everything we needed plus more!
Kristi was great at communicating and getting back to usbin a timely manner.

The place was very nice. Had a difficult time finding it the first night we arrived, as it was dark. Parking is not assigned, so we had to drive around until we found an open space.
Location was great. Close to everything. One thing I would recommend, is to have more than 4 washcloths available, as there were 2 of us there for a week. I had brought some from home, just in case. And, could not figure out available tv channels. A listing of channels, or, guide, would have been helpful.

The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Most everything we needed was provided. We had a small maintenance item that needed attention and the owners were extremely prompt in responding and fixing. Definitely a rental owner that wants their renters to be happy! We were there for my daughters wedding for two weeks and it worked out well. My daughter was one block away! Thank you! It was a great stay.

Great place to stay. I work in Englewood and live in CA. I visit my CO operations 2-3 times per month. Kristi is awesome to work with. The apartment is very clean, relaxing, and close to Eve thing you need.

Enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean with a few extra items(coffee). Kristi the property manager was very responsive and quick to getting back to me with my questions.
The only problem we had is that it is on the first floor so if the neighbors above were a little noisy. In fact I think someone was moving it. So just be aware that it is on the first floor.

The house was exceptionally clean. There were many little touches that made this a great place to stay- basic spices, coffee, oatmeal packets, and microwave popcorn! The bathroom has not only soap but shampoo and conditioner. It was very comfortable and quiet. It was very tastefully decorated. There was plenty of space. The pool area was also very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

CO Sparkler Softball/Vacation
Perfect area to stay for softball tournament. Very safe, a lot of restaurants nearby, shopping nearby, pool right outside the door. Didn’t hear any noise from neighbors.
Please be aware the condo is air conditioned with window units.

We were here for a wedding and oor condo was at a great location in Aurora. Close by shopping, dining, and access to the highway. The condo was well furnished, everything in good working order, and very quiet location. Would highly recommend for other travelers.

My parents, my husband, & my infant stayed on the property. It was small, but clean & updated! Our bigger SUV did not fit in the garage, it stayed a bit cold in the unit with the flooring, & the bedrooms don't have TVs. Other than that, it was a very nice stay!
