Had a one day training to conduct, so I needed a convenient and comfortable place to stay for one night. This had so much more of a "home" feeling than a hotel room.

The apartment location was perfect for us - we had to pick up family at Detroit airport and attend events in both Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. Restaurants within 2-3 minute walk and nice area to walk and look at historic homes. Apartment was clean, spacious and furnished with all we needed, bed was comfortable, shower was hot with good water pressure. We can confidently recommend!

The loft was extremely clean, our daughter has leukemia and we were very impressed with how clean everything was! The building was very quiet and comfortable. We loved staying here! They even had two pack and plays for kids!

The loft was a perfect place to stay during our recent visit to Michigan. It was modern, clean, and contained everything we needed for meal prep and leisure. The hosts were prompt with communication. The beds were VERY comfortable. It was also conveniently located to restaurants and interstates. I would highly recommend this property and will stay here again when future travel brings me to Michigan.

Ypsilanti is my hometown. I returned this time for a 50yr + reunion for classes ‘67-‘69. Three of my girlfriends traveled back for the get-together. We loved the LOFT. The keypad, not so much. Haha. I actually got the photo online of manual for ‘lock/unlock’ instructions. (We are all over 74 yrs old) haha. Tech-not so up to date on.
The location is fantastic. Thanks for a great -cozy Loft.

The place was gorgeous; pictures don’t do it justice! I was very impressed with the cleanliness, amenities, and thoughtful attention detail throughout. And oh.my.god…that was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.
Great location, very convenient to U of M, and we loved the restaurant on the ground floor. My only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Traveled to Michigan for the Ann Arbor art fair and stayed here. Great dinner in the downstairs restaurant, and cute neighborhood. It was great!

We were visiting family but if you just wanted to experience a different city this is a great spot. We could walk to SO MUCH: amazing food co-op, delicious coffee shop, antique stores, fishing shop, 2 unique museums (Firehouse and Hudson), river side parks... We were a quick drive to Ann Arbor, Northville, and the Yankee Air Museum (SO COOL, check to see when their Rosie the Riveter exhibit opens - we'll be back for it). The property itself felt very safe and was very clean. Having an ankle I was still rehabilitating it was very nice to have access to an elevator to reach the second floor. The accommodations were very comfortable (beds and couches get thumbs up). We had some questions and needed to contact Micha a couple of times and they were very helpful in answering them and providing the help we needed. We are already of thinking of when we can come again. We can highly recommend this great spot.

Great location walking distance to several restaurants (including a very good restaurant in the same building). Very clean and comfortable apartment.

We stayed in Depot Town for a girls weekend and loved the cozy comfort of this space. The furnishings are thoughtful and welcoming. The kitchen is well appointed. But does lack convenience items like foil, bags, etc... so bring those if you will need them.
The check in process is easy and convenient. Great communication with the owner before, during and after the stay.
Beds are cozy and comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets available for snoodling up on the couch. The couch is soft and comfortable and leather chairs in the living room are set up for either TV watching or intimate conversation.
The Bathroom is large and clean.
The wakability is excellent. The bars/restaurants in Depot Town are just steps away. There is also coffee, a brewery, antiques, pottery and an art studio just a block away. This is the perfect location for a weekend or a week away.
A 5 minute drive to down town Ypsi and
20-30 minute drive to downtown Ann Arbor. Perfect location to start some great adventures.

Ypsilanti was the halfway mark on our drive to Northern Michigan and we picked the perfect place to stay. The apartment was even more lovely than the pictures, spotless, and had a great restaurant right downstairs. There was even a car show across the street which we enjoyed!
