The star of this property is the back yard, HANDS DOWN!! It’s absolutely beautiful at night! The porch is so cozy with plenty of room for everyone. We spent just as much time OUTSIDE as we did in! The house itself was very nice! Very spacious! The kitchen had plenty of room to cook and was stocked with all the tools we needed. Water pressure in the showers was good (and water can get super hot!) We did rent a golf cart and the commute to the beach was a breeze! We were also very close to grocery and plenty of food options. Would definitely stay here again!!

I took a trip down with some family to visit more family, and we had a great time here! The house was beautiful, clean, and just as advertised. Pierre was helpful and communicative throughout. The only downfall I'd say is there are some nosy neighbors nearby, but overall I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Carolina Beach!

This property is in a great family neighborhood. It’s very quiet and but close to all the bars and restaurants, which made it perfect for my husband and I, and our son and daughter in law. The house it self is very clean, comfortable, and has a well equipped kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the layout of the house is great as it gave my husband and I and our son and his wife privacy. I would definitely rent this property again and Pierre is a wonderful host that was readily available from the search for a place to stay and also Throughout our stay at his very nice home.

I stay with my family and enjoy the house. Mr. Pierre is a great host. He's very prompt in answering any questions I had, as well as communicating. The house is just minutes away from the beach is Beautiful house and cozy. Highly recommend it!! We would definitely stay here again.

This was our vacation with the kids before heading back to school. We enjoyed use of the pool and all of the pool toys. The beds were very comfortable. They only issues we had were that the automatic door lock had to be replaced so we had to make sure to not lose the key. That wasn’t anyone’s fault though and Pierre did message us ahead of time and let us know what happened and that there would be someone at the house when we arrived. The shower curtain in the master bath was too short so water got in the floor but there were plenty of towels provided so we just used one in the floor for that reason. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was listed as wheelchair accessible, but there was no ramp for entry. OTHER than that, the property was as pictured. Furniture was comfortable, kitchen well appointed, hot water was great, basic necessities (paper towels, dishwasher liquid, toilet tissue, etc) were provided. The pool was wonderful! Lovely setting, nice neighborhood and very close to the boardwalk. Overall a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous, well appointed home. We had plenty of room for all of us. Pierre is an incredible host. He's very prompt in answering any questions we had, as well as communicating information. The house is just minutes to the beach, restaurants and shops in Carolina Beach! We highly recommend it!

The home is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Pierre is very nice to work with. He is very quick to respond. The bathrooms are nice and the bedrooms were nice and comfortable. It was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed at. My father who flew in from Florida to meet us all wants to stay again. We definitely will the next time we go back to Carolina Beach. The back yard space is so inviting. Between the deck, fire ring, grill or a nice dip in the pool their is something to do to enjoy your time. The kitchen, dinning area is nice and open to the living room. So you don’t have to miss interacting with your friends or family or your favorite tv show. The other nice factor the home is one level. Plus, you have a full size washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean so if you’re like me you don’t have to take home dirty laundry, it’s all done for when you head back to reality. Looking forward to our next stay in the future at Pierre’s beautiful home.

Exceptional location and property

My family enjoyed their stay at this rental property. The 5 ft deep pool was perfect entertainment for my 4 year old daughter. The water pressure in the showers was low and the water only got luke warm for me. Wow! The pier was about a mile away - I was able to take my jog from the house to the beach and back. We are very happy with our stay.
