About this house rental

Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and/or mountain views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown. Our lovely home sits across the street from the amazing Pacific Ocean. Looking north to desired Seaside Beach and looking south to Tillamook Head. Just out front is the Seaside Cove surf spot. Enjoy the view from kitchen, living room, dining room, and from the master bedroom.

Dog fees are $15/dog/night with a $30 minimum per dog. We accept 2 dogs only.
Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. The contract will note the full requirements.

Perfect house for girls weekend. Rigjt across the street from the ocean and golf course on the othe side. Hot tub was very clean as was the house. Comfy beds, newly remodeled bathroom, well decorated. Patio was cozy. Kitchen is dated but it was more than adequate for our needs. Had lots of supplies in the garage for the beach too! Quick bike ride to town or short walk to the osprey cafe. Definitely get the breakfast burrito

The beach house was clean and well equipped. Evening sunsets were spectacular! The beach across the road was easy to access for us 70+ year olds. The house was cheery and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the gas fireplace, hot tub, comfy bed, and the unique bathroom was special. The location was convenient.

I stayed with my sister for 3 days at this amazing home. The home was extremely clean. The most impressive part by far was the bathroom. Both my sister and I felt we were in a spa. The toilet was an experience all on its own. The kitchen was outdated but I can tell with all the care they have put in the home already, it is just a matter of time before it gets updated. We highly recommend this place… worth every penny!

My family of 5 stayed in this home. We loved our stay. Beach access across the street was amazing! We ate at Osprey Cafe and everyone enjoyed their food. It would have been nice if one of the closets in master were unlocked to hang clothes. We had to reset internet a few times to get TV to work but everything else was great. Can’t beat location!! Master bed was super comfortable.

We took our mom to Seaside for her 70th birthday. It was my sister and I and my mom’s best friend of 50+ years. We got to bring her little dog too. The location right on the beach was wonderful. The beds were very very comfortable. We can’t talk about the toilet enough and want to get ourselves one now. It was super clean too. We would have loved some ziplock bags for leftovers. We would stay again

Cute little beach house, nice updated bathroom. Location great! Incredible views! Communication great! All good tho the house had a distinct musty smell. Windows open to allow in those wonderful ocean breezes. We enjoyed the fireplace as well and of course the hot tub! It would have been really nice to have had a few coffee pods provided ;)

This location and property made for a perfect getaway for my husband and I + our dog! Steps from the beach, relaxing outdoor space with golf and scenic views, the hot tub was just a bonus! The house itself was spotless and was comfortable for all of us. Will definitely be back!

This beach house is so charming and comfortable, and the location is incredible. I stayed for my birthday, with my sister and my dog. There were many thoughtful details throughout the house, like a basket of 'dog towels' near the door to wipe off sandy paws, and labeled light switches so you didn't have to try every one to turn on the right light. We appreciated the hot tub after long days of hiking, shopping, and exploring. Being able to walk across the street and be on the beach in two minutes was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the heated floor in the bathroom was extra in the best way! It's worth mentioning that the house was super clean too. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Seaside.

I absolutely loved staying at this house! It was excellent in accommodating the needs of my partner and I. For a few days get away or even longer stay it is ideal. Everything was great; the perfect location close to shops and nature, the cleanliness was superb, the home is spacious, fully equipped with everything you'd need, easy communication with owners, very comfortable and with beautiful views on both sides of the property. The Pacific Ocean was just across the street and it was so inspiring and wonderful to explore and soak in the natural beauty every moment we had a chance. Plus the relaxing back patio area with hot tub spa was a perfect way to wind down in the evenings. I will definitely recommend this vacation rental to family and friends. Also, I would love to stay there again in the future as it truly was an amazing place to play and rest! 😊

This is the FIRST time we went into a rental and felt like we did not have to clean the place. This house was immaculate. No cleaning necessary. Also was well organized, left nothing to the imagination. We will choose them again .

Our stay at this VRBO was amazing to say the very least! The home was very clean and welcome stocked. The combination of the peaceful golf course behind the house, and the amazing ocean views in the front of the house gave me the relaxing I was looking for. My wife and I would 10 out of 10 stay here again.

This house ended up being in a perfect spot to drive around the coast. Gorgeous views of both the ocean and the mountains from then living space. The house was spectacularly clean and the heated floor in the bathroom was a delightful surprise. We look foward to coming back again!

Great house and very clean. The beach was just on the other side of the street. Great view of the ocean and surfers. It was a little awkward sitting in the livingroom and having people walk by and looking in the windows at us while watching tv. It is a very busy street. The fireplace was great in the early morning hours. The view of the golf course in the back yard was beautiful along with the two bald eagles that hung out at the top of a big tree. The house is equipped with everything you need for the beach and at the house entertainment. Kite, beach wagon with beach toys, foosball, cornhole, beach chairs and more. We went and ate just up the road at Rubys for a late lunch, the food was really good. The bathroom was nicely updated with a fancy toilet and plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable after a day of exploring and golfing. The house could use some updates but thats just me being picky, its a cute quaint and comfortable home with great views.

This 50's era beach house is nestled bwhind the surfer's cove at Tillamook cove, between a golf course and the beach. A quiet road separates the house from the beach. We were delighted with the cleanliness, location, and views. We had some beautiful morning and sunset beach walks. When a rain squall came through we trotted home and enjoyed the view from beside our warm fire. A highlight for me was sitting in the hot tub with a mountain view, while my husband read to me from local author Robert Pyle. Our hosts were thoughtful and prompt with communication. We look forward to our return!

This was a perfect home for a long weekend with me and my daughters. Local shops are accessible, but enough distance away to feel somewhat isolated. It is across the road from the beach, but crossing the street is an easy stroll. And, finally, this house is perfection -- it is clean, it has great amenities, and it is managed well. Very happy with our stay!!

What a delightful property! My wife and I booked a few days here to recharge after a backpacking trip around Mt. Hood. We couldn't have been happier with the property. It's in an amazing location with mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. The beach is huge and flat with soft sand, gentle waves, and it was nearly deserted the entire time we were there. The house was immaculate and very pleasant as a place to relax. We spent time in front of the fireplace, used the hot tub, watched TV, and cooked in the kitchen. Amazing bathroom (gotta get me a smart toilet now), comfortable bed, and ease of check in and check out. Property owner was available but not intrusive. Definitely recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed being at your house during our stay. Sitting in the living room with a view of the ocean was awesome. We loved being able to walk across the street and be right on the beach, where we spent many hours each day. And we appreciated that everything in the house was clean and organized. Loved that the BBQ worked great and had plenty of propane. Staying here was one of our best experiences and we would love to come back.

The only thing my daughter asked for was to see the ocean for her 18th birthday. So...I made it happen! She was able to bring her best friend as well. The beach house was clean and beautifully decorated! The views are amazing! The hot tub was perfect to relax in on a chilly evening. The beds were super comfortable. Not easy to say when I love my bed at home.

Our family had an amazing time at this property! The proximity to the beach and the views of the ocean from the front windows initially caught our attention. Being just across the street meant we could easily enjoy multiple beach trips throughout the day. The beds and bedding were very soft and comfortable, and the remodeled bathroom was a surprise that made it feel like a spa retreat. The protected back porch with a hot tub provided a quiet area for relaxation. Cleanliness throughout the property was exceptional. Overall, it was a great experience our family will be looking to return in the future.

Our stay at Seaview was brief (2 nights) but so lovely. The house was spotless and so inviting. The beds were very comfortable and the main bathroom has recently been remodeled, and it’s fabulous! The weather was mostly cool and overcast, so we really enjoyed the main living room, and decamped with our books and blankets while enjoying a warm fire and taking in the view. Can we talk about the view for a minute? Wow! Just wow!! I’ve vacationed in many seaside spots on both the east and West Coast, and the view from Seaview wins, hands down—spectacular! It is the main attraction, and I could’ve sat there all day and just taken in the view. The cove is gorgeous and a relatively unspoiled stretch of beach. If you feel like you have to take a break from the view, head to the hot tub and enjoy a view of the cloud laced mountains and the resident bald Eagle. All in all, Seaview was one of the most memorable parts of our trip—worth every penny!!
