The villa was a warm, comfortable getaway that grew on us. The inside area was roomy with an old world feel. Outside, we chilled with the warm weather on the patio facing a beautiful garden. The whole neighborhood felt safe and secure. Initially, the whole team of Pedro, Laura and Claire responded quickly to two of our immediate needs. We can't wait to get back to Melbourne and its beaches!

My family and I absolutely loved the house and would stay again. The home was very beautiful, clean and spacious. The historical aspect made it very interesting. Our stay was seamless from check in to check out and I would most certainly rent from Pedro and Laura again. Thank you for a memorable vacation!!

It's a cute little house. Unfortunately the water heater was broken but the owner was very eaay and nice people to work with. They are very attentive, they offer for me to move to one of their other location, which was also a very cute house with a nice water view within walking distance.

Such a charming historic home! A great getaway for anyone visiting Melbourne and Indiatlantic. Tucked away from the busy-ness but close enough to town, and hosted by wonderful caretakers. Thank you all again!

This cute, historic bungalow has some modern conveniences. It has lots of charm and 10 minutes from the beach. Be careful not to stub your toes on different level changes. I like the beach themed dishes and the cozy front porch. I would go again!

My sisters, my nephew and I had a wonderful time in the 1925 Spanish Villa in Melbourne Florida. The house has everything we needed. We had a lovely time in a special home. My sister and her son had coffee on the porch most mornings. It was a lovely neighborhood for evening walks and it was close to many stores. We even stood in the driveway and watched a rocket take off from the nearby space coast. Our host Pedro was extremely responsive when we had a small problem which was resolved quickly. I’d stay here again and again. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the yard, plantings and the patio especially. The Spanish look is charming and the rugs and drapes made it soft and cheerful looking, very peaceful. The floors need some work ...we do realize it is an old house, yet securing gaps in threshholds and door openings would prevent insects from entering. We reallu enjoyed our visit.

A friend of mine and I came to the Melbourne area for a short golf trip, and rather than get a hotel we decided to rent a 2 bedroom place. This place is very clean with good-sized bedrooms and is relatively close to downtown Melbourne. Highly recommend.

Lots of space. Bedrooms good size. Parking easy. Good communication from the owners. Place was very clean and tidy. Would stay there again. Only thing that was negative is that there is a train track nearby and the train comes by a few times at night.

I stayed here with my spouse and children. It was a very old Spanish home all the decorations go with the home. I was scared to brake anything. The house has a lot of cooking items. Enough towels and blankets. Washer and Dryer two rooms and two sofas. I also like that owner provided us with snack and wine as soon as we get in the doors. There was even board games to play tv worked well. The home is close to trail so you can cook out or just take a walk like Turkey creek and andretti thrill park. Close to Melbourne beach. This home is just amazing I will stay again.

This Old WORLD SPANISH style home was filled with beautiful old dark hard wood floors, this reminded me of my grandmother's old home, so beautiful also were the rounded arched hallways and ceiling. the rooms were beautifully colored in pastels. the beds were comfortable, furniture was comfortable, kitchen functionable, and clean , the bathroom addaquet.It was great to have laundry and garbage service for the 2 weeks we were there. Overall we were very pleased. Thank you so much, God bless you for blessing our stay. The Castillos

Wonderful little house. Very quaint. Had all the needed amenities. Really convenient location to downtown Melbourne and the beach was pretty close; just over the causeway. Clean and perfect for several people. Would definitely stay there again. Property owner was very responsive to a little glitch in the automatic door lock. Really well decorated too.
