Muy satisfechos en general

Desayunamos en el restaurante y fue excelente el servicio del personal y los alimentos con buen sabor y bien presentados, quedamos muy satisfechos. Así también la habitación y alberca muy bien, personal en recepción fue amable y atento.

No supe como incluir/pagar el desayuno al momento de reservar. No nos pudimos meter al mar, la playa del hotel no es apta para usarse la mayor parte del año tiene bandera roja, mar muy picado, olas altas

Met our expectations and would stay again!

Room prepped daily, fresh towels daily, staff attentive and polite, large jug of water available outside room in corridor, nice plants, good restaurant for breakfast, absolutely beautiful view of ocean and sunset.

Would like bottled water in room, birds in atrium were LOUD, shots fired at nearby church calling people to church, bed hard, pillows flat, towels not soft, restaurant not open in evening for dinner, no elevator.

my stay was amazing. The hotel was in the best location the pool and the room was very clean. The staff was very patient

Wondrous!

The location is amazing! Restaurant has an spectacular view of the beach….! you can actually see dolphins in the ocean and hear the waves breaking with cool breeze

The grounds keepers and the the cleaning staff were exceptional. The pool was excellent. being right on the beach was very nice.

The two ladies at the reception were unfriendly every day it seemed, no smiles no greetings..., when we told them were were staying for a long time and could we change rooms, the one said no! not great customer service if they would like good reviews and repeat business.

I would never stay at this place again.

The hotel was right on the beach, great views! The restaurant on the second floor called Bananas was very good. It was close to stores and restaurants.

I thought that for the price we paid I would get at least what the hotel advertised on their website. Most days the coffee in the lobby was gone by about 8 or 8:30 am, you were lucky to get a mug to drink from. The beer from the bar was not cold. The common areas were not as clean as they should have been. The first week we were there they had us in a room with an adjoining room, where we could hear everything going on next door. The room had not been looked after, the mirrors were fading and spotty where the finish wore off. The curtains had holds in them. The dresser draw had a knob missing. Over all shabby. When I complained we did get some thing better, but I still had a bad feeling about the hotel.

We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The staff are welcoming and inviting. They are very understanding and patient when we are trying to order food in Spanish. The food is fresh and delivered in a timely manner. The menu is in both English and Spanish. The view is wonderful when sitting outside and inside it is nice and airy.

I don't think they need to change a thing!

I originally thought I was missing money, but my bad!! I found it in my suitcase when I got home

I enjoyed my stay however very dissapointed because I was robbed! I left quite a bit of money in my eye glasses case an the case disappeared!! I don't accuse the cleaning lady but SOMEONE came into my room while I was gone and took it!! Although I realize I should have been more cautious and less trusting It did ruin my stay!! Lock up your $$$$

The hotel is good in general. The pool area is great and the attention of the bartender is very good, they are very frie

We like the pool area a lot. The location is great.

There wasn’t shampoo in the bathroom. We also saw cockroaches.

Exceptional

Breakfast was good something new i never tried before like molletes. Room was perfect beach view. We all love it.

Wifi we had to find a right spot to get wifi. Hopefully soon this issue can be improve

The cleaning staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They cleaned the room each day of our stay.

The breakfast was very very simple, not to much to choose from. I would of liked a buffet or a better choice of food. Hopefully later we could get a better selection and more food.

We couldn’t eat food from other places in the lobby or pool area. When I made the reservations online I wasn’t offered a bungaló or upgrades.

On the Beach in Barre!

Location, room, bed, bathroom and shower, view, courtyard garden, housekeeper Martha, pool, Bananas (when it was open).

Wifi was weak to non-existent in our room but worked well in the lobby. Bananas only open for breakfast - disappointing.

GREAT!!

Breakfast vouchers were across the street for Ramones.... BEST BLTs IN BARRA. If you want the best breakfast view get to Bananas early before 10, Bananas has great food and service!

The mattress and bed sheets could be a bit better quality but all in all a great stay.

Fresh aiir and ocean waves - heavenly!

Our expectations were exceeded at this accommodation. Fantastic location, comfortable room, and really good restaurant on site. Loved hearing the waves and seeing the birds.
