Nicely appointed interior

location, comfort of the rooms and great fireplace to relax

the beds are super soft. It was hard to find a place to plug in my CPAP machine and the TV was Sling which I was unfamiliar with and no instructions. It was lovely and clean.
4.7
A relaxing and beautifully maintained cottage, it served as a great launch point for local hikes and shopping.
4.7
The house decoration was lovely and matched the pictures.
4.7
One of the nicest houses we've stayed in. Very clean, comfortable and updated. The master bed was uncomfortable, husband ended up on couch. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this Vacasa managed property. We found them to be very responsive from start to finish. The house is in a good location for traveling around the Cape and getting to the ferries. The house is nicely decorated, clean, tidy and stocked with the essentials. The beds and bedding were comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels. The backyard is such a bonus with a couple resident bunnies. From inside the house there's several lovely views. One being of a garden off the kitchen, and another is from the family room where we found it to be a great place to begin the day while enjoying the sights and sounds of the backyard. The only drawback to this property is the snug feel the stacked washer/dryer gives to the bathroom. It's just inside the door and requires a little shimmy to get passed.

Very nice house to stay.

very good. no issues.

A lot of thought went into decorating this cottage. It’s very cozy.
4.7
Nicely decorated. Tight for two couples. Nice location for the Cape Cod area.
4.7
Nice house for our family of four. Located right next to a big pond and 5 mins from a small local beach. We enjoyed our stay here.
4.7
The house is very nice inside, although the layout is kinda funky. I loved that it was close to so many trails and had a nice outdoor space in the backyard.

Great place to stay with our friends!

Very comfortable and homey.

Absolutely adorable cottage, very nicely decorated in a Cape Cod/Beach style. The beds were very comfortable and the home was spotless. 5 stars!!
4.7
The pictures don't do it justice. The house is beautiful and cozy. It served as a perfect home away from home for our birthday/Valentine's weekend. There was so much to see and do in the area. Would definitely rent here again! Thank you!
4.7
The home was exactly as pictured. Very cozy and well decorated.
4.7
Quite clean, everything you need to cook, barbecue. Has beach towels and plenty of regular towels, books, walk to thhe pond
While quite clean, I would encourage the cleaning company to actually mop the floors because you could feel the dirt on your feet as well as see it. Not a deal breaker!
4.7
Very cozy house with room to stretch out. Everything you need & more with outdoor space. Comfy beds, nice linens/towels. Perfect for two couples. Only negative was trying to figure out two tv systems-would have been nice to have cable versus streaming.

We booked this at the last minute for our family of 4 including our 2 kids (18 and 21 yrs) and it was fantastic. The property is even more amazing in person, very clean and quiet, and the pond next door was beautiful. The only downside is this isn't walkable to any shops or restaurants, and traffic around this area is always bad. We cooked dinner one night and the kitchen was well-stocked, although there isn't a good place for 4 people to sit and eat together without moving some furniture. (Not a big deal!) Overall, this was one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had!

Well equipped cape cod cottage with convenient access to grocery store and routes 6 &28. Bonus cute backyard with several seating areas. Close to Falmouth. We recommend this home

Our stay was great. The shower in the main bathroom did not work well. There was barely any water pressure. The out door shower worked better.
They ask you to put in a load of towels before checking out, but there was no detergent.
Definitely would consider staying there again.
4.7
Very nice place but would not stay there again because you sink to China with the ultra soft matresses.....no back support.

Great location.
What a cute place! We enjoyed the outdoor space, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and the location was centrally located so we could see all the cape has to offer.

Cozy and comfortable
This is a charming house. Clean and attractive, it is welcoming from the moment you open the door. It is on a quiet street yet close to shopping and ideally located for ambling about on either the bay or the ocean side of the Cape. We were housekeeping so appreciated the immaculate kitchen with its new appliances and the charming garden. One little caution is to be careful when getting into the master bed. It is very high and there is no stool to help one climb in. Another point—Perhaps we weren’t sophisticated enough with the TV but we couldn’t figure out how to get Red Sox or NBC dramas, instead of adventure shows filmed in South Africa. Some directions there would have been helpful. Small concerns and we would certainly return to stay.

Overall very pleased with the location, and rental property.

Shower did not work in the 2nd bathroom. Ants on the kitchen counter
Overall very pleased with the location, and rental property.

Cape Cod Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The deck and fire pit were great for alfresco dining. The house is lovely and the beds are very comfortable. There is a lake next to the house with a small beach area which was convenient, unfortunately, there are signs that say that the water has high levels of algae and should not be swum in. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and would recommend this house and location.

We had great time at the cottage, the location was centrally located to all the major attractions in cape cod. We found it easy to get in and out of the cape from this location. Wished we had stayed a week but we enjoyed the short stay, sightseeing mostly during the day.
Would definitely stay here again

Where do I begin? So much thought and care was put into the decor and comfort of this Cape Cod Cottage. Soft serene colors throughout with a tasteful Cape nautical theme. Awesome full functioning kitchen. Every bed was comfortable. Living room and sunroom so welcoming and relaxing. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, the garden surrounding the back of the house was amazing. Outdoor table with umbrella suitable for morning coffee listening to bird songs of all kinds. An added patio sofa and chaise lounge and large upscale barbeque. The firepit was so great. Roasting marshmallows and keeping warm on cools nights. Then there is the other table with chair set in a private space all on its own away from the rest. The gentle wind chime created a wonderful zen place to have some time on your own if needed. The cherry on the cake was having Lovell's Pond literally right next door, just a few minutes walk down to the water. Like having your own small private beach. We saw very few people there at a time if any! The best sunsets. The one and only drawback (if you can call it that) was the water pressure in the guest bath was so low, it was more of a trickle than a shower.. I had to take a longer shower than usual because it took longer to get wet and wash all the shampoo out of our hair - which I think used just as much water as if the pressure was stronger. We all ended up using the shower in the master bedroom to wash our hair (pressure which was perfect!). Like I said, just one tiny glitch. Otherwise the place was ideal!!
Thank you for creating an amazing beautiful home away from home!
