**Please Note** - There will be a concrete restoration project starting January 2025 on the building and running through most of the year. This project will involve fixing superficial concrete issues on the outside of the building. Noise levels will be elevated during the hours of 9am - 5pm on weekdays during this time. Nana & Poppa's Beach House has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation, just bring your bathing suit! With a complete renovation completed in February of 2023, almost everything in the unit was updated with a modern, coastal design. Building amenities include: Heated pool with a brand new deck and eating space and glass wind wall, brand new chairs, a pergola, 2 outdoor grills, an indoor spa, sauna and gym. A keyless, secure entry takes you out to the soft, white sand and rolling waves of Daytona Beach.

When you're tired from your day at the beach, walk in to this classic coastal designed beach condo with tile flooring, a spacious fully renovated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and a deep sink, dining and living room, private laundry room, 2 bedrooms and 2 fully renovated bathrooms.

The "beach closet" is full of beach necessities: chairs, toys, towels, cooler, umbrella and a beach cart. Just load up the cart and have everything you need for the perfect beach day. Walk into the large open and fully stocked kitchen where you'll find all the amenities of home:
- Coffee Maker and Keurig
- Blender
- Toaster
- All plates/cups/utensils including children's sets
- Grilling Tools
- Cooking staples

Walk through to the dining room with a dining table that comfortably seats 6 as well as bar stool seating for four. A beautiful coastal light fixture and freshly painted walls are the perfect setting for a family meal or a romantic dinner for two.

The living room offers a large couch with automatic lay-z-boy recliners for extra sleeping space. A large TV with cable and a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean! Watch the sun rise out on the back porch while you sip your coffee and listen to the waves.

The Master Bedroom has an I-cool memory foam king mattress, luxury sheets and a walk out balcony with ocean views. The large master bathroom features two sinks and a large soaking tub. All plush, white towels and cozy robes to make your stay feel even more luxurious.

The second bedroom offers a full size bed with luxury sheets as well as a twin trundle bed. For the kids, there is a pack and play and white noise machine as well as a booster seat!

I cannot put into words how amazing this condo is, it’s just a beautiful place to stay. The owner has it so well equipped with everything you can think of and it feels like a home from home. She is also very helpful and responds promptly, making our check in and check out very easy and efficient. I would give this condo 10/10. We cannot wait to return next year. We are really missing our morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise on Daytona beach!

This was my second stay in this condo. I thought it was fantastic the first time, then they remodeled the bathrooms and kitchen and made it even better! The space is set up great, the views are amazing and the hosts are fantastic! They think of the little things and make everything from beginning to end really simple. This condo is wonderfully decorated and well appointed. It has wonderful views of the ocean from all oceanside rooms and a view of the river from the 2nd bedroom. It has been recently updated with new kitchen including appliances and bathrooms. We had a great vacation at this location. Would definitely rent again.

We loved staying here. Everything was clean and fresh. The beds were all very comfortable which something I am always picky about. The unit also was stocked with anything you could possibly need which was really nice. It literally felt as if we were at home. The view from the balcony, living room and bedroom was beautiful. The owners were very responsive and it was the simplest check in we have had. Everything was simple, comfortable and wonderful. We will be renting here again for sure!

I have been visiting Daytona for most of my life. This is by far the best property I have stayed in for my family. Stephanie was amazing to work with, and the condo had everything provided you could possibly imagine. We loved the area, and the no driving on the beach. I strongly recommend renting this property. We felt right at home, and you will be very happy during your stay. It's definitely 6 stars. We will be back.

This was my first stay using Vrbo and first extended winter get away. It was just what I needed. Communication from Stefanie was always timely and helpful. Great location and great view! They really thought of everything you might need. Comfortable beds too! I definitely recommend staying here if you want a peaceful get away. Easy beach access and minutes to restaurants, shopping and the Lighthouse by car.

My husband and I are on a 3 month journey trying out different locations in Florida. I was was really impressed with this rental unit. #1, it was super clean! They had everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable, including laundry supplies, beach chairs & towels and was fully stocked with kitchen essentials. I have been traveling with a bin of kitchen essentials. This is the first rental that I did not need to get into for anything. The condo was comfortable and made me feel like I was at home and welcome. The reclining couch was a really nice touch! The owners were great to work with. I didn't need much, but the couple questions I had were answered timely. The building itself is very well maintained and nicely appointed. I have told family and friends about this rental and am already working on figuring out when we can go back!

This was the second time we rented unit 902, we couldnt have been more impressed with the cleanliness and the overall beauty of the unit. The seychelles Condo is our favorite building in Daytona Beach, we have stayed a total of 4 trips there totalling 8 weeks this year. The no drive portion of the beach is unbeatable and the pool area is exquisite. The hot tub is top notch and the view from the condo is breathtaking, we saw multiple dolphins and whales while we were there previously. we cannot wait to rent it in the future and highly recommend it.

One of the best condo we ever rented on VRBO in the pas 20 years. We are avid users of VRBO with many rentals exprerience in Florida, Cancun, Spain and more. This condo location right on the non-driving portion of the beach is perfect. The view of the beach from the giant balcony is magnificient. The condo condition, decoration and amenities are excellent. Communication with Stefanie the owner was impeccable suring all of our stay. This is the place your want to stay in Daytona Beach.
