House was clean, great location. Within 10-20 min of local attractions. Perfect for large family!

The actual house was nice and great location.

This house offered everything we needed. House was great and in a great location. Good value. Would stay again.

The house was exactly as described on the site. The view of the mountains from the porch was very relaxing. House was extremely comfortable. Mattresses on the beds were super comfy. House is in a great location for all of the activities. We had planned around Asheville North Carolina.
4.8
The house provided everything for our small group to stay in while exploring Asheville. We all like having our own rooms and this house provided great space for spreading out. And it has great common areas to spend time together playing games, eating meals and enjoying the hot tub after a day of hiking and adventuring. Everything seems to be withinn quick travel distance from the house. Most activities were with 20-30 minutes away. Quick acces to the Blue Ridge, downtown Asheville, the Art Distict and the Biltmore.
The biggest draw back was the poor communication with the property manager. They were slow to respond to any questions and when they did respond they never really answered questions. And each response seemed to come from a different person who didnt seem to know the propery.
Aside from the poor communication the house was great.

Nice location, clean, nice for a group

Great property. Is as described. Was clean and comfortable. Was close to main roads for getting around everything in Asheville.

Nice space for our family. Liked having the attached garage for ease of unloading our things into the house. It was nicely equipped. We couldn't figure out how to make the fireplace work - directions would have been nice to include in the book. Hot tub temperature was too hot for us to be able to sit and enjoy. But we could have turned down the temp. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved the house and mountain views!! Stores and attractions were relatively close. House is very cleanV and spacious. Definitely will come back.
4.8
This place is amazing, it was even better than the pictures! Easy check in/out! Super clean, and all the pots and pans we needed. I love the instructions to everything in the binder. The only thing we could not find was a first aide kit, which wasn’t a big deal. Definitely would recommend staying here you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful home, with many rooms to accommodate multiple people/families. The cleanliness was top notch. The downstairs area is spacious with a hot tub. We enjoyed our stay with an easy drive to downtown Asheville and The Biltmore.

We were very happy with everything!

The location and size of property was perfect for our family's attendance at Asheville wedding. Easy pick-up of family member from airport. Easy drive to Canton wedding venue. Convenient location to access Blue Ridge Parkway.
The two 'suite' home provided privacy for son and his family.
The fireplace, gas fire pit, and the hot tub were bonus amenities.
The fully stocked house was so much better than staying in a hotel.
The property management answered all my questions promptly. Thank you

Our family of 9 stayed here. It was well located and a great place for us. The kitchen was large and better equipped than any other place we have ever stayed. Only drawbacks were spotlights that shone into two of the bedrooms at night. These rooms had blinds but no blackout curtains. The ice maker would not dispense ice and the propane tanks were empty when we arrived. These problems were fixed in a timely manner. The foosball table downstairs kept our teenagers entertained. The hot tub temp was too hot initially. The downstairs bedroom switch controlled the lights and fan. Both were either on or off. This was not good at night because the fan was needed. The towel rack in the downstairs bathroom needs to be more firmly affixed to the wall. Loved having 3 full baths, lots of towels and sheets! Having a refrigerator in the kitchen and a smaller one and sink downstairs was helpful. The huge dining room table was perfect for game playing and meals. The house was on a busy road; the porch overlooks the front yard and street. The location was ideal; close enough to downtown and the French Broad River for tubing and walking along.

Great home for a family vacation. Property is well kept. We never got the TV in the rec room to work but everything else was perfect.

Really enjoyed our stay, all the guests raved about it! Would definitely stay here again! Spacious enough for a long weekend for 7 adults, clean, organized, great location with a beautiful front porch view. Didn't have communication with the property manager outside of the emails we received because it wasn't needed, everything was pain free, well organized and clearly communicated to us!

Overall our experience with this house was positive. It's comfortable (to include thermo control on both floors), quiet, and close to all the things we wanted to do. There is alot of building happening in this neighborhood though, so traffic getting to the house was a little painful at times. The beds were very cozy, and the property was clean.
Proximity of this house to things we enjoy - birding, breweries (Sierra Nevada is a must see), nature, the parkway - was a treat. We didn't have to drive far for much. There are grocery stores within 5 minutes in a few directions as well.
Multiple things could be improved upon (these didn't ruin our stay), but I couldn't find a way to provide this info to the owners directly, so here goes: microwave handle is broken, towel bar in basement bath is broken, basement shower handle very difficult to turn, ants around the oven when food is out, some outlets around bar in basement don't work, shared toilet upstairs is refilling strangely, garbage disposal is broken, no extra kitchen towels, main bedroom shower handle is loose, the carpenter bees out front are a nuisance, the front lights shine into the bedrooms at night (glad there were blinds).
Also, Vacasa took control of this property after I booked. When I needed to make a change to my contract I was on hold for over an hour to speak to someone, then after the stay reached out to them via email to see how to pass along the property issues, and no one has responded. This is my first experience with Vacasa, and I don't know if I'd book thru them again because of this. Check in/out was very easy though, so that's a positive.

Very very nice
Very well appointed, lovely showers, great hot tub and the whole house was clean. The beds were among the best I've seen in a Vacasa rental. Easy drive to both Asheville center and I-26.

Pretty simple communications and check-in process with property management company. Upon arrival, there was a lot of snow from the previous week but property was clean inside and rooms were spacious. Kitchen had all the basics covered. Overall, the experience was great. Only request is to extend the check-out time to atleast 11am if not 12pm. Most hotels allow it so the property's10am time is early. Communicated with property manager and were allowed to check-out at 12pm after paying extra for the 2 hours which was somewhat of a put-off.

We had a great stay, beautiful home and had a stocked kitchen with a good assortment of pots/pans. This was nice since we ate in most of the time. Only thing I'll say could have been better was to let others know about the dual a/c unit. If you have peeps who like it warmer they need to stay upstairs and the ones who like it cooler need to stay downstairs. If not your fighting the unit. I also think check out time should be 11am, not 10am. Just could be me, but when your navigating a family of 8 it helps to have a little extra time.

We stayed here during our visit to Asheville and found the location to be convenient to all that we wanted to do in the area. We absolutely loved the home - very well appointed with nice amenities. Everyone had their own room and after staying in a cramped hotel room just prior on our way to Asheville, it was very welcome to have all of that space. The kids loved the foosball table and hot tub and the husband enjoyed the downstairs bar area. I loved the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and we all found all of the beds we slept in to be super comfortable. Overall a great stay.

The house was nice and clean. Rooms all great size. Fireplace was nice and really heats the room. Great size dining table. Hot tub worked great and was nice at night even when 35 degrees outside. Location was mixed as was not far from the interstate so convenient to get to places but not as far off the beaten path as we had hoped as right on a semi busy public road. Internet worked great as did the TV services available. Appliances were like new. Was nice to have a garage to use. Not quite the view as we thought their would be as the pictures are a little misleading as no view from back and front view was decent. Towels were very soft. Beds a bit firmer then prefer. But the property met our needs fine for a family of 4 just not the secluded and rural location as we had hoped. Would recommend to add a TV in the lower floor bedroom and upstairs 2nd bedroom. Lower level area was nice for kids to have their own hang out spot. Would still recommend to stay at as was great as had 4 bedrooms for us to spread out.
